Someone used a tow truck to steal my car, that I'd just bought after years of not having a car or much else, and tried to get keys made for it from an unsuspecting locksmith business. A fellow named Mike at this business, Economy Lock & Key, went beyond the call of duty to help me get my car back. I know this isn't technically a review of the services they advertise, but people should know that the humans who work at and/or run Economy Lock & Key are ethical business people and truly good eggs who have my deepest gratitude.

I've been a customer for years for little things here and there, and they've always been amazing. Well today in a panic to hook up a new hitch ball to my truck, I realized the hitch lock was either stuck or I had the wrong key. Brought the truck here to have the lock picked and TJ manipulates it a bit, oils it up a bit, and gets the lock off. It didn't take long, but it was still a lifesaver I was willing pay the standard rate for an hour's worth of work. He refused payment because it took him only a couple of minutes, and then he refused a cash tip. Talk about customer service! Love these people :

Tim arrived within a half hour for our mobile call. He was able to open our 1957 travel trailer we are visiting in. The lock was not working correctly and locked us out. He was able to get it open and fix it then showed us how this type of lock works so we didn't get locked out again. Tim was a very nice guy and cleaned up after his work.
