Couldn't recommend Joe more. Came by to help switch out some locks on a new home after we moved in. Pleasant guy. Worked efficiently. Super nice. Amazing and CLEAN work. I had told him I was going to try and install a smart lock on my own on a separate door after he was done with the work. He gave me some tips on how to do it, and told me to call him if I had any issues.

I ended up having some issues and was unable to install it myself. He came by within an hour of my call, and was able to install the lock with ease. We need more companies like All Access. Trustworthy, responsive, and pleasant to work with! Thanks Joe!

Joe was great. His prices were reasonable and worked with the materials already installed in the door, did not try to sell us unnecessary equipment or fluff up the prices. We moved into a new house and got 3 door locks changed. Out of all of the locksmiths we contacted he was easy to reach and on time. Would recommend to anyone looking for timely and quality work.

Joe has been a lifesaver. He came to me within an hour of calling him. My old lock inside the house could only be opened and locked with a key. He was knowledgeable, fast, and changed out the knob so no key was needed inside the house. He fixed a potentially dangerous situation for me if there was a fire.

I am so grateful to have found Joe. I did a cold search on the internet for a locksmith in my area as I needed 3 locks changed immediately. Joe sensed the urgency in my voice and made the effort to come out in the midst of a snow storm to do the job. He was caring and knowledgeable. I called this company to set up an appointment to change some locks at my house and maybe install one of those new keyless lock pads. I tried to change it myself, but the previous owner had cut out the door hole in a weird spot making it tough for my amatuer, two left thumbed self to handle, so I threw in the towel and called a professional. I called all Access and could tell guy was probably on the road as I was on speaker phone.

I told him what I wanted and that I was available this week. He scheduled me in on Saturday morning. I asked him if 10 am was ok, to which he replied, well 9:30 works better. No problem I tell him, thats fine, see you Saturday at 9:30. Saturday morning, 9:30 rolls around and no locksmith. I have to google his number again to call him. I get in touch with him and asked him what happened?

No show, no call? He replies "who is this? I'm sorry I don't remember, and my calender must not have updated your appointment". He then tells me he's sorry and he's gonna do his best to squeeze me in later that afternoon. Not, "I'm on my way right now, I'm sorry, I missed your appointment", but "My calender screwed up, I'll try to get you in this afternoon or we'll make another apointment." So I've wasted all morning waiting around and now am expected to stand by again?

I don't think so, another locksmith came, and happily took my money. Please note: this review is not a reflection of this company's work, for all I know, they may do excellent work, but I never got the chance to find out.
