Small shop, but they generally have what you need. Good service, but on the expensive side.

These guys are very good but they're very busy. At times you have to be persistent to get them. But once they come they do an excellent job.

Great place with great service I had them rekey all the locks in my house including the garage door. Would definitely go back

Referred me to a car dealer, because of key programming requirements, honest and upfront about their services. Would definitely use them again (but I don't live here so I probably won't need to!)

Competent and courteous service. The only shortfall (Merchandise delivery) is a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Jim performed the installation of a new steering lock/ignition assembly on my 2010 Honda Element. He willingly shared his knowledge of the problematic nature of Honda ignitions and informed me that my vehicle would be ready at the end of the day (5:00 p.m.) and much to my surprise, he completed the necessary work by 12:00 noon. Jim explained thoroughly the work which he had performed and my vehicle started just like it had initially done back in 2010. I can not give any higher accolades to Jim's sense of professionalism, care, and thoroughness. I would recommend Liberty Lock and Key to all.

Only worked with this company via phone but their customer service was superb! Juan was extremely helpful. Fast and efficient. 110 percent recommend Liberty lock. Thank you Juan. (Hopefully I never loose my car keys again) but if I do I know who to call!

These guys are total criminals. They assisted criminal trespassers to break our house door lock and get into our house. Good we were home and called the police and officers removed them. I was able to videotape on my cellphone their van with their phone number advertised on it and next day called their business to find out the name of the locksmith and their business address and the employee on the phone replies that they were in their legal rights to assist those criminals, then refuses to give me his licence number and business address and hangs up. REPLY TO THE DESPICABLE OWNER You'll only see my attorney in court burglar.

Well, they did the job, but they didn't seem interested. I got a bit of an attitude at first. They weren't busy whatsoever so I was a little shocked. If I had another option locally, I might have taken it there. Anyway, after I agreed to pay for the job to be done (without hesitation), I seemed to be more appreciated. One of the workers was definitely more understanding and professional than the other, but hey, I have my keys.

Extremely rude and unprofessional I lost key my uncle recommended I call this place I went online I saw it said they were open 24 hours but when I called I woke the man up and he yelled at me and asked why I was calling at 530 in the morning(because I have to work early) I told him I could wait and he got even madder. I will not do business with that man I was in shock by how nasty he was.

We had a broken door entry on Friday morning.after trying himself to repair, my husband Brian called Liberty to set up a service call for today, Saturday. Jim arrived in the snow at 11am and started working immediately. He was very polite and professional, even answering our 6 year old daughters questions! He quickly replaced the whole system and we were very satisfied. We would highly recommend for any locksmith issues. Kimberly and Brian.

Yesterday, I was locked out of my car at the beach with my friends. All of our heroes were locked in my car and the ice in my car was melting fast. Liberty Locksmith was the only locksmith in the area. Tim came by and was VERY polite and opened the door to the car in no time at all! I HIGHLY recommend Liberty Lock and Key

I lost the extra ignition key for my 1991 Mercedes 190E. Mercedes ordered a key from their Texas HQ and it didn't work. Thankfully another locksmith told me about Liberty. They quickly and professionally duplicated my key. I'm very grateful.

These guys wanted to charge $300.00 for a weekend service call. Basically theft.

I had to call to ask about getting help for my keys being locked in my car and the man whom answered my call was the rudest and juvenile business man I've ever met. I would and will never recommend this service to anyone. I actually went out of my way to create this account to write this review.

Thank you for saving the day (actually, the night.). I just got in to Hampton Bays after a 16 hour flight, and went outside for a breath of air, when the front door locked behind us! Ouch! My phone was inside the house, along with the house keys and car keys. It was 10 PM in a neighborhood that we knew nobody. A neighbor called Liberty Lock & Key and the owner's son showed up in less than half an hour.

I would have gladly paid twice what they charged us. He was very professional and that we really belonged in the house in such a subtle manner that no one would ever be offended. I am so glad to highly recommend this company!

I got great service from very knowledgeable group of guys. They made a key for my classic Rolls Royce in just a few minutes! They changed all the locks in my house to one key yay! If u need this type of service I would defiantly use them again! Tks guys!
