I've been a customer since 2013. When I moved nearby. My husband usually goes to your store. I have many times especially to make keys. I don't have to look around for someone to help me, all I do is ask if I can't find what I'm looking for. All the employees are very helpful, professional and polite. Thank you for great customer service.

As the owner of several rental properties I have been shopping there since 1991. There was a cashier who could be quite rude but I chose to overlook it and she eventually retired. And although the prices are higher than at Home Depot, at least there is a salesperson to help find items needed.

Hardware store area is very good, excellent customer service, but keys made there are very expensive 15 dollars for a regular cabinet key then I found out that it only costs 2 dollars already made just put the lock number on ebay and the keys are 2 dollars.

Great customer service and keys cut FAST! I was in and out in less than 15 mins! Will definitely be THE place for any keys cut!

This was my first visit to the store and I am very impressed. 3 employees asked if I needed any help. 3! When going to Lowes or Home Depot I have to track down an employee for help and most of the time I never find one. I am remodeling my house and if I need any tools or paint I will now take my business here. I have never felt so welcome in a store. Y'all are doing an amazing job! I strongly recommend NOT doing business with this store. They were quick charged $130 dollar for a consultation but non-responsive when it came to fixing the lock problem. After multiple weeks of waiting and constant attempts to track down the locksmith for answers (apparently also the store manager), I decided to write this review. I would also like to mention that the receptionist just hung up the phone on me when I mentioned I was going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I paid for the consultation because they said it would apply towards the final bill, however I still waiting for resolution and at this point I would like my money back so I can take my business somewhere else.
