I was extremely pleased with the service, price, and just general friendliness of the staff. I needed a key made for my car and all the quotes I was getting were really high, but they were reasonable. They did a great job! I'll be using them for all my locksmith and gun safe needs in the future!

I needed a key fob for my car, so I decided to see if B&B could do the job for less than it would have been to go to the dealer. I'm was advised they could do the fob and it would cost be about $175 less than at the dealership. B&B was able to special order the fob. I was assisted by John who was a true professional. He programmed the fob and ensured it was working properly. He also cut the emergency key for me as offered to assist me in finding the code for the car. I highly recommend B&B. Job well done!

This is the second time I've used B&B. One time each at our two Katy nail salons. VERY fast response and reasonable pricing. AND the phone is answered by a person WHO ACTUALLY WORKS THERE. Not one of these scam out of state "locksmiths" that then finds a so called "affiliate" to do the work - always resulting in eating your time and money. You can trust B&B. Call them now.

I am glad I went to B&B Locksmiths today. I needed to program and cut a 2016 Hyundai Remote key Fob. The key Fob my husband bought online was worthless, but Tony was able to cut the key, and now works perfectly in my car. I saved a lot of money. I always thought the key for my vehicle needed to be programed. Anyway, I wanted to recommend this place because it is very hard to find honest people with great customer service. If you need to replace your car keys, this is the place to go.

I've used B&B twice now and they are always professional, communicative, on time and get the job done in a short amount of time. I went to B & B Locksmiths late on a Friday, and very close to closing time as I accidentally locked my keys in my car with my work badge, credit cards, house keys, etc in plain view on my front seat! Zach Harris happened to be there that day, and didn't hesitate to come help me immediately! Zach Harris is a great locksmith, very professional, extremely responsive, and caring!

The whole experience took less than 20 minutes which included my drive there, telling B & B Locksmiths the problem, and holding my keys in my hand! Zach Harris is excellent at what he does, and represents B & B Locksmiths well! He definitely deserves 100+ 10 bonus points, and 5 stars + 5 bonus stars! Job well Done!

Honest, fast, kind and informative! These folks are amazing. They quoted me in seconds over the phone. I needed 8 locks rekeyed and it took them less than an hour. That's less time for any other locksmith in the area to return my call! So happy I called B&B!

Dropped a RV door lock mechanism here at about 3:30pm to get keys made without an original. At 4:45 I got a call saying it was ready. These guys are class acts and really went above and beyond. Can't wait to come back here!

Purchased a new home and came to the house to get my locks changed. They were very accommodating as I had to make changes due to the closing going late and did a great job!

Since I needed to make copies of my keys, I decided to come here since it was close to home. The gentleman there was very accommodating and helpful. It took no time to get my keys. What I loved the most about this visit was the outstanding customer service as I keep saying it over and over. I will definitely need to make more copies of keys in the future or get locks changed and this will be my go to place.

They were awesome! They came out in the pouring rain to help me get in to my car. They were prompt, courteous and professional.

I was pleased to discover this business via Yelp. The big box stores can't duplicate specialty keys. This shop is a fourth of the distance away from my home by comparison. Their prices are fair and their craftsmanship is excellent and cordial.

Terrific customer service! Quality workmanship! We needed to have two key fobs programmed for our vehicle and decided to go to a locksmith with an actual "brick & mortar" storefront! Totally impressed with their professionalism and the amount of inventory! We ended up getting house keys made on "fun" shaped keys. no more boring keys for this gal! Purchased key rings and had extra car keys cut as well!

The great thing is that after being "stood up" by Golden Locksmith, earlier in the day, and having to look for someone else. we got so much more and paid only $131 for everything including tax (Golden Locksmith quoted $145 to program two key fobs and only cut one)! Guess the frustration and wasted hours weren't in vain. we now have a trusted locksmith!

I am so thrilled that I can now close and lock my bedroom door. Thank you B&B Locksmiths for being prompt and thorough. Great job!

Needed locks to be changed at our place of business they came out fast, were efficient and reasonably priced.

I decided I was tired of having multiple keys to multiple different locks throughout my house so I called B&B locksmiths and they came out on the same day that I called and re-keyed all of my door locks to just one key! I'm a real happy camper now! The technician couldn't have been nicer! A really friendly guy, very pleasant to work with. I think their rates are fair and their work is excellent! If I ever need a key or any need to call a locksmith I know where I'm going or who I'm calling!

We needed a new remote programmed for your car. Thought it would be a dealer only item. Found a remote online and these guys professionally programmed with ease. Great customer service

Fantastic service and reasonable pricing. One of the few that can cut Lexus block keys with or without the chips. Approx 1/2 the price of the dealer and it takes all of 10 minutes. Friendly, clean and well displayed store. They have large selections of safes and other lock and key items in stock. Multiple keys gets a discount, just ask. Locally owned and operated. Better service than a big box or dealer type place. They have won me as a customer going forward. Way to go and 10 stars!

Had B&B locksmith replace my locks to keep someone out of my home. I come back home the next day from a work trip to see that my house is open and some items damaged. When confronting the issue, they tell me that I should have left a not on a window letting THEM know that they just rekeyed the same house less than 6 hrs ago. Not to mention they told me there is nothing they can do for me. I won't give this place another penny of my money and HIGHLY recommend you don't as well.

Two positive experiences with B&B: 1. They re-keyed my house a couple of years ago, quickly and reasonably-priced. 2. I needed some padlocks keyed alike, and I called them on a holiday, forgetting it was a holiday until I got their machine. Though I didn't even leave a VM, they called me back and talked me through some options. Great service!

Mr. Rekey sent an unlicensed locksmith to my house. I asked the locksmith to see his professional license (all locksmiths must be licensed in the state of Texas). He first provided a permanent resident card stating he immigrated from Pakistan. Then I asked to see his drivers license. He would not grant me permission to make a photo copy. I told him as a stranger he couldn't come into my house unless he allowed me to make a record of his person.

He then left the premises. For all I know the man could be a felon or be part of an organized crime syndicate. Its not worth taking a chance with your family. Do not use Mr. Rekey. This unscrupulous business is sending unlicensed fly by night immigrants into your home where they can take note of your security and possessions. Also I had an appointment between 9 AM to 1 PM. The contractor did not arrive until 12:55. Total waste of time.
