Was stranded at Akron University; locked out of my car. Was serviced within 10 minutes. Job was done quickly and customer service was exceptional. Would highly recommend and will definitely use A-Tri-County Lock again.

He also gave me some very cool pointers as to where to hide a key outside near my entrance that would be completely out of sight. He's helped me twice. I was in a real pinch and they came to my rescue! I started to change my locks and couldn't complete it. After repeated attempts to change my lock I was unsuccessful and tired I reached out to multiple different locksmiths and they were the only one that answered their phone. He was honest and let me know a time he could be at my house to finish the mess I made trying to install new locks. He did great work and was very honest. Which sadly isn't that easy to find in businesses now a days. I highly recommend him! So helpful in a very stressful time for me.

Exceptional service on Christmas Eve came out removed a sabotage lock and replaced it with an electronic lock it with keypad very very accommodating very very helpful. Very reasonably priced for the amount of time and attention given.

Messaged via Yelp today and owner responded in minutes! Great kind people came out same day to change locks on my parents house and I was able to pay over the phone with a credit card. I live out of state and from sending owner a few photos of the locks front and back of doors he was able to make a more educated quote. Technician Fred came out after 7pm same day and honored the price quoted for a pre 7pm rate! Can't say enough great things about this company! You won't be disappointed. I needed a key made before I went out of town. When Home Depot couldn't duplicate it, I found A-Tri-County Lock on Google and gave Jay a call. Jay was off for the day, but he gave me directions to his house where he quickly made me a duplicate key. Jay was very professional and after he made me a key, he gave me directions to the nearest grocery store and Great Clips. Great guy, great business.
