Awesome customer service and was very affordable 4 keys made. I was in and out in a short period. Just now posting but went in 2021.

Even if no one else can copy your old, OLD key, Central can and will make copies in minutes!

These guys are great! I've used them multiple times from simple rekeying to lock picking, and other other door/lock related issues. Very reasonable priced as well. Highly recommend!

Went to Central Safe for help with a broken deadbolt installed in my house decades before - which is no longer the standard size. The staff, and in particular Larry, did everything they could to help me try to fix the broken deadbolt or get a replacement parts. When they could not help anymore, Larry offered--and let me borrow--his personal tool in order to modify my door to accept the new style deadbolts. He did not even ask for my name or phone number - just said to bring it back when I was done. I did, and I'm a very satisfied customer. I will be back.

Long story, short. The deadbolt piece broke on my front door lock and I needed to replace it. Thinking I needed a completely new lock, I called a local locksmith. I was told they didn't carry locks in house, but I could go to the local hardware store near them or one of the big boxers, buy the lock and they would come and install it for $135. I took the original lock and deadbolt to Central Safe & Locksmith to see if they could recommend another lock that I would be able to install myself. They examined the lock and said that it only needed a new bolt. Cost $15. I will definitely use Central Safe again.

I recently messed up and lost the backup key to our built-in safe. Central Safe was the first business I called and I'm glad I did! The guy on the phone was very helpful. He saved me a ton of money by talking me through removing the safe door via phone, text, and photo-texts to bring in myself (saved me $120). I brought the device in and and they had me four unique keys that worked perfectly within the hour and it was only $50. This shop is top notch. Do it!

These folks solved a problem that others could not. We had a key we needed a copy of and after going to three hardware stores and having over 6 keys cut, these guys were able to make a copy that worked! And to top it off, the man put the two keys that wouldn't work on his machine and made another pass and got them to work! I will be letting our building manager know that these guys solved the problem. It was a long trek by transit from the National Cathedral, but these guys made a copy that worked and fixed other people's work, so it was well worth it!

I've been very impressed with the people that are sent to your home, truly first class customer service. They explain what they're doing (if you're the kind of curious person like I am), ensure that you're happy with everything, and even give a reason behind why they recommend what number of key copies you should request. Very happy!
