As you can imagine, anybody having a problem with a big heavy safe, an installed vault or ATM would rather have me come to them for service. That's why ADVANCED Safe & Vault is a MOBILE service, but, I do have clients who would prefer to bring a lightweight home safe or small, removable safe door to my shop in Novato for openings, service and/or repairs. This CAN save you a few bucks.

When my new SentrySafe by Master Lock would not open, and their own customer service couldn't help me and offered to pay for a safe-cracker because it was still under warranty, I found Ken at Advanced Safe and Vault. Before coming to open it, he suggested a trick he has found successful in opening this model of safe when the mechanism is stuck. After trying his trick repeatedly, it opened! Free of charge and via e-mail! Now that I've retrieved my belongings, I'll be returning the safe to Master Lock for a full refund.
