Too expensive. $98 for a truck key. My key appeared to be slightly twisted and I mentioned it to them. They wanted $37 to straighten the key. I won't be going back there.

We got charged eviction surcharge fee of $300 in addition to service fee of $61. $361 for changing locks. Super steep in my opinion. Didn't hear of eviction surcharge fee from any other locksmith. Total rip off!

Critical: Responsiveness Their phone system won't allow my cell phone# to be recognized by their system protocol so I can speak to them directly. Wouldn't such a thing be bad for business in the public arena tho?

Had a couple file cabinet keys made here. Didn't have any copies only the codes to go off by. Even though the codes provided 20+ possible cuts, the tech that assisted me got it right the first time.
