This was a great option for my company's a ccess card entry systems. We needed a way to make our spacesafeandcontrolwhoiscominginandoutandweAction1sttheyinstalledthelatestb estkeyless entry tech I have ever seen. We picked a bluetooth keyless entry system but Action 1st has other options according to your needs. Prompt, professional, well-mannered and clean and reasonably priced.
They did a fine job installing front and office door lock system. Everything is a compromise but we are happy with the service. Service was quick and efficient. It has been working very well. Recommend them most definitely.

We would like to give Action 1st a 5 star review for being such a professional team and for their promising expectations. We needed Security Systems & access control for our new office spaces specifically CCTV system (IP Based), we searched Google and Yelp and finally decided to meet Mr. Yost, one of the owners of the business. The installation was pretty good even though they needed to ran new wires to the cameras, they did clean and neat work. Overall, I'm very happy with the end results. We appreciate your business and are always open to improvements at our offices. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs the type of product.

I emailed Action 1st, and they responded within an hour. Our office building needed more security, and Action 1st came out to do a site walk and talk about all the benefits of an access system. Before and after approving the quote, the communication was great. During installation, the Action 1st technicians were very professional and courteous to our employees and customers that were walking through the office.
The part we were most worried about was the software training, but that part was extremely easy and really intuitive. It has been about a month after the system was installed, and everything works great!

Our corporate office needed a keyless access control system since there was a major problem with key control and lost keys. We had 65 doors that we needed to have access control installed. We emailed a few companies, and Action 1st was the first ones that responded to us to set up a meeting. We met Russell, and he was great! We did a walk through, and he was very thorough and knowledgable.
He was also honest with us about what we needed and did not need. During the installation, Action 1st worked quickly. Also, they were able to work around all the meetings that were taking place around the office. Although there were a few unforeseen issues with the building, they did not charge us extra for the additional time that it took. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves!
After they installed all the hardware, one of the techs went over exactly how to do the programming (Which was very easy). They set up all the time zones that we wanted, and taught us how to add in new fobs and employees. In the end, the system that they put in just works, and we are very happy with the service. I would recommend Action 1st to any company.

This company goes above and beyond to give the best customer service. In looking for an access control system for my business, they came out and after talking to me about my concerns, they gave me a quote with several different priced options, which I really appreciated. They didn't just try and force some high-priced option down my throat. They were also great at answering all my questions. I highly recommend them.

I found Action 1st Loss Prevention to be fairly ineffective and without much integrity. I eventually used Kustom Locksmith Services from Laguna Hills, and they were wonderful. After my painter installed my new front door hardware, I had trouble unlocking it. I asked Action 1st to fix it. They made some improvements but the latch was still quite stiff and the key had to be jiggled.
They said to let it loosen awhile Two weeks later I was tired of using both thumbs to push the latch and had them out again. More improvement but still, stiff latch and a lot of play on the key. Again, "Need to let it ease with use." Seven weeks later I'd had it and, on a good recommendation, called Kustom Locksmith. Within 40 minutes my door was operating perfectly.
I called Action 1st and asked for a partial refund. They told me I should have had them come out again, and then, that I was out of warranty. (Really? a third visit? and didn't they say to let it loosen over time?) I won't be calling them again.
