Capital City Locksmith

I called Capital City Locksmith with a front door lock issue and received service the next day. Tanner was our technician and was able to identify the problem quickly and resolve our issue. I appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and ability. All in all, the customer service we received was exceptional! I highly recommend Capital City Locksmith!

About three or four months ago, Capital City Locksmith came out. A one star review was given under my name and while I didn't do it, It was done on our on one of our ministry computers where my account is saved, because I am the business administrator. The gentleman that originally serviced was having a bad morning after working all night and we were running late.

While it wasn't the best experience, it wasn't what I would rate as one star service. I was able to speak to the owner, and he did send someone else out because the first tech left without verifying that the door would lock before he closed it and it no longer locked. Our The second one fixed that issue, bit our contractor just ended up resetting our whole door after everything was said and done.

I am updating our review, but I didn't appreciate the way the owner spoke to our young ladies during a church fundraiser. I didn't leave a bad review over 10.00. He could have called me and I would have cleared it up. It was unprofessional. While, I understand this is how you feed your family and you have every reason to protect that, disparaging an entire ministry isn't ok. I think Jesus expects us all to afford each other a little more grace. If he would have reached out, I would have fixed it, no questions asked.

I've been in the unfortunate position of locking myself out of my apartment and when Tanner came to help I didn't have to worry about anything. He was very professional and knew exactly what he needed to do in a timely manner. He managed to get my door unlocked without causing any damage to my lock or door. I will definitely be using his services again!

Matt help me when I locked my keys in my car with my granddaughter inside. He got to us very quickly and had me in my car in seconds. Very friendly guy. I went back to him for extra keys. Will definitely refer him to anyone that needs keys or anything he can help with.

Tanner came out last month to do my exterior locks, and again today to do my interior locks. Kudos! Everything has been working great! It's so nice to have everything work correct the first time.

Matt Lock was very helpful and considerate when I had questions about locks and different types of options to go with. He went above and showed me when I asked, how he matches the grooves on the keys and it helped me realize how much details and technique goes into being a Locksmith. I had the pleasure of being helped out in a jam by Matt Lock, with Capital City Locksmith on a few occasions. I have locked myself out of the car and also had a seized door lock issue. When I contacted CCL, he answered the call very professionally. He arrived in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue flawlessly! I would highly recommend this company and particularly him as the responding technician. He has the knowledge to quickly fix the situation and get you happily on your way!

We locked our keys in our car while on vacation, after calling 3 locations none were available to come out at a decent time. Thank you, guy knew his stuff even knew what Home Depot would say before even going to the hardware store. Had notes for me to give to the leasing office in the complex where I live. The guy did everything that needed to be done and then some. Does things that Pop a seal doesn't do which is who the cops use, they're available on holiday weekends as well. Very helpful highly recommended by EPIC neighbors and myself.

Prompt response from initial office call to scheduling and service tech arrived early for appointment time. Very professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. All around great service, great team and the owner Jon is always a joy to work with.

John saw my review and called me to find out what number I had called. I had recently lost my keys in my car and I was desperate for help to find them. Two of the workers then helped me look for my key until it was found. They did not ask for a payment and seemed genuinely vested in helping me find my key.

I just had my electronic locks reprogrammed and another lock replaced. Tanner with Capital City was great. He answered all of my questions and did everything very quickly.
