Precision Locksmith

They were a lifesaver for me! My sons car was disabled and we got a "service security system" message. After googling incessantly, and trying all the tricks to reset the system, we realized he needed a new key. Ace Hardware couldn't make one because his check engine light was on. I explained that it'd been on for 2 years, even after all repairs were complete.

We decided to take it to the Chevy dealer, but they wanted us to leave it for 4 days before they could even look at it. Finally after several days of doing everything I could think of and his car being stuck at his job, I called Precision Locksmith and the guy who answered the phone listened to the problem and said he'd get back with me. He called back shortly thereafter and they told me they could come the next day.

They were prompt and so nice and within 10 minutes had a new key done and the car started. The price was completely fair and I couldn't be happier that I no longer have to take him to and from work! The funny part is - the check engine light is no longer on, so after some more googling I realized that the chip can be the cause of the light.i will definitely use this company for all my lock needs in the future. Moved into a new house and needed to change all the locks. Had trouble finding a quality locksmith. The first wanted to overcharge for cheap locks then wouldn't give a simple quote for work if I supplied the locks. The 2nd said they don't service the area even though the office is 5 miles away from home. I gave up for a few months then saw Precision Locksmith. Zach answered the phone and was helpful in going over my situation, options, and provided a straight up quote without any hassle.

He was able to schedule a time around my hectic schedule. Dorothy arrived to do the work on time and did a great job. I hope to never need a locksmith again, but if I do I'm calling Precision and asking for Dorothy!

I dropped my keys while cutting grass and cut my only truck key in half. I called a few other locksmiths before reaching out to Precision and couldn't get anyone. These guys showed up within an hour of calling. The young lady, Dorothy that came out was extremely professional and did such a good job! She made me 2 keys and new key fob to lock and unlock the truck on the spot, all for a reasonable price. These guys had a task at hand but achieved the goal! They went above and beyond with super professionalism and great hospitality. I am going to keep recommending them to everyone I know. The price was way reasonable unlike dealerships and they also fixed an issue with a safe I had installed in my vehicle. James came out to help me get a combination lock open. He was very professional and did a excellent job at getting my safe open. I would highly recommend precision locksmith to anyone.

If you need a key cut, this is the place to go. I accidentally bent my car key by slamming the key in the door at the house. I purchased a new blank remote key & had another one cut by them. They saved me a lot of money because I didn't go to the dealership. Thank you Precision Locksmith.

His rates, coming from Covington to Winder, GA were more reasonable than the local locksmith company. The team at Precision Locksmith are well trained and professional and I highly recommend them.

I was 100% pleased and satisfied with the service I received from James. I live in California and needed rekeying on several locks along with having new deadbolts installed on my empty house in Covington. To begin with I posted a message on their website & he called me within three minutes! We set an appointment, he met my relatives there, stayed in touch with me on his cellphone as he worked, sent me photos and BAM! he was done.

The price was beyond reasonable and he took care of securing some other doors & windows at no charge. My advice is for folks to not even bother calling any other locksmiths.this is the company you want. These guys are top notch. Our technician showed up on time, and did a fantastic job. Our doors had some shoddy workmanship, and he was able to fix them so all the locks worked properly and the deadbolts were drilled correctly. The price was surprisingly affordable, especially for all he did to get our house up to par. He even cleaned up after himself. I was truly impressed, and won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Had a rekey of the house done when we bought it. Precision did a great job. Front, back, and door inside the garage all done to the same key set. Very professional and friendly.

These guys did a great job on all the locks on my house. I got several keys as well, and the technician even adjusted my hinges to make the door close better. The price was exactly what they quoted, and they came on time. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

All I needed was a combo, easy peasy. I had to do their work for them. No one even contacted me, when I would call in I was told people were out sick for days only to call back 2 hrs later and have the so sick person answer the phone. Totally and completely unprofessional.
