I went here after another locksmith wanted to key a car lock for almost 3 times the price of this place. The guy here has reasonable prices, and had 2 locks keyed within 20 minutes well under 50 dollars. Im going here for lock jobs from now on.

Called to make an appointment and the next day they were able to program an after market key fob for me. The associate who helped me programmed the key fob in 10 minutes and cut out the key for me. He also had me test the key fob before completing the transaction. Their price was lower than what my dealership offered me. I would recommend this place for any of your key needs.

No showed 2 out of 4 times. Great service when he showed up, but 50% show rate is a big problem. Got voicemail each time I tried to touch base on where locksmith was. This was a Saturday when I didn't have to be in office, could have been a nice morning with the kiddos. Prefer a company I can rely upon! Services: Car lockouts, Security door locks

Called and scheduled for service. No one showed up. Called them and no answer. Left message. No call back. Not a reliable company from my personal experience.

To schedule was no problem but was a no call/no show. They have multiple numbers so I thought they were the numbers for individual guys that do the appointments. I thought maybe they are busy at appointments so i left them all voicemails. I called throughout the morning and afternoon in case i can catch them out of an appointment. All of them eventually led me straight to voicemail without even ringing.

All of them. I called Nichols Lock&Safe before their closing hours and they offered me a better price and even came in earlier than I expected. If i could give "Affordable Security" negative stars, I would.

Call today and they were here 25 minutes later. Very friendly and quick. This door has been given me an issue for a while. I called Nichols lock and key which is another locksmith here in town but two weeks later it was broke and it wasn't under warranty and it never worked right but now it works good as new and they even gave me a 6 month warranty I appreciate your service and your Tech you guys are my go-to locksmith for now on I wish I can give you more than five stars
