Website clear and easy to use. Totally recommend their for replacement cabinet keys.

Imm lost my key to my Craftsman Tool box. I did not have a copy of the key but remember the key numbers. I order the key from Lafayette Locksmith Inc & Low voltage and it came in days. To my surprise the key works. This save me from breaking into the tool box and messing up the lock. Thanks

Only place that had the key blank I needed but the counter guy was not very friendly. He acted like he didn't want to be there.

I brought 2 blank keys for my Honda to just get cut no programming done. Was charged $55 a key so $120 cash I paid, wish I would have called a different locksmith before going. Called another after the fact and was told $40 a piece and $80 for both if I brought cash.

Fantastic service again, slight issue with one a cylinder but replacement arrived next day. Great customer service and efficient delivery.

These guys are great. The pricing for keyless remotes is much much cheaper than any of the dealerships with free programming. They offer full 24 hour call service for when you are locked out of your vehicle.

I have used this company for all my key replacements and lockouts. I have been very satisfied with the service they provide. I highly recommend them. The building is on a corner lot with easy parking and a drive up window. You don't have to get out of your car. They can make the keys while you wait. It's handicap accessible and you can see it from the highway.

I live an hour away I called at 841 am spoke to a guy stated would be 15.00 To cut the key and 65.00 to Program total with tax right at 100.00. I drove to Lafayette get there and told 55.00 to cut and 65.00 to program. I told him that's not what I was told their excuse they have a lot of new guys so basically I drove over an hour for NOTHING!

Not A way to do business in these times. I will NEVER USE THEM. that's the most pathetic excuse so that says how the guys are trained or should I say not trained. No way I'd give them any business

Needed a couple of keys made quickly and accurately. Their drive through window made it safe and easy during COVID. Got home and both keys worked as smooth as the original. Great job!

Since being back in Acadiana, we have used this company a few times. I first called them to fix a misbehaving lock, but they added several new deadbolts & other safety items to our new rural home. Sadly, we didn't consider them for our new security camera & monitoring systems. It I had it to do again, I'd call ONLY these guys. I found them to be very knowledgeable, reliable, and willing to tailor their services to my "budget". As they are directly across from "our" local Bank, "Rayne State", I find them very convenient. I moved to Louisiana 12 years ago and for about 11 years of that I've driven by this place never given them a thought. Well. In the last year I've now had three occasions where I needed a key or a lock issue and these guys came through. The first was a car key for a 1966 Mustang. I went to Lowe's, then Hub City Ford and then Courtesy Ford and all I got was "sorry, can't help you". Lafayette Lock made a new set of keys in 5 minutes. Boom.

I then had a house lock with a bad part and they had a replacement part in stock without having to replace the whole lock or re-key it. Nice! The last one was my wife locking her keys in an older car. They come over and popped the lock. So. Anytime I have a lock issue they are now the first stop I make. They also do safes and security camera systems, so stop in and check out what they have to offer. Enjoy!

These guys are horrible. Called for service on my lock and he charged me $135 to fix it. It worked twice and called them back to tell them it's not working and he said they don't guarantee their work! What kind of customer service it that. Call another locksmith and said the repair man bent the inside part of the locking mechanism. Never use these people they don't know what they are doing and don't stand behind their work!
