A longtime Furlong's client.25 yrs! I've always appreciated the personalized service from the Westbrooks, especially the maintenance of affordable monitoring fees. The only concerns I have as an aging adult are that the new players on board have that same mindset. We've experienced one price increase.albeit a small one.for the first time. I'm experienced enough to know when others climb onboard that newer stakeholders are more than prone to auger higher yields on investment; either from expansion of services offered, increased fees etc. When I receive these types of communication, it seems almost like a harbinger of disrupting of the status quo! I sincerely hope not.
