Roy's Safe & Lock

Have been using Roy's Safe & Lock Inc, Several ) Times; for the past ( 33 ) Years, I highly recommend them. Sure, they charge for ( Labor ) & the ( Cost ) for travelling to your Residence, but doesn't everyone else.!

Make sure you ask the cost first before the service. The guy he spent less than 2 minuets to open the regular door clock and he changed $85 very expensive. I am not recommending this service. Be careful guys

Five star, I always come here for getting keys made and they always have the hard to find keys that the big box stores just don't have.

Always Professional and friendly staff. Never had any of my lock issues that they we not able to resolve.

Roy's has been doing my lock work for 18 years. Both commercial (my clinic) and residential ( home). I wouldn't use anyone else. Their employees are fully vetted, trained, and identifiable (work shirt).

I stopped by today to get some keys made and it will be my last time. The guy with the pony tail, has no manners or personality. I said hello and he had this stank look on his face. Then he tried to over charge me. Personality is everything and the way you cary yourself. The environment was very uncomfortable. Never again.

They were very friendly like always. They have made keys for us a few times and keys always worked. We have reccomended them several times. We will continue to use Roy's when we need more keys made.

They saved me 350$, the dealership wanted to charge me 350$ to cut a new key but they did it cheaper and very effective, the old man is very nice btw

Lost a key to my motorcycle luckily I had a spare to make a copy of so I had 2 extra made Thanks Dave

Unbelievable service! Aubrey was simply awesome! I had lost a key to a safe and took it in to Roy's. Aubrey picked the lock, got the door open, and even made two new keys for me. I had put off going somewhere because I figured I would be told it couldn't be fixed. I was so wrong. In short order, without any fuss and for very little cost, my little safe was fixed and like new, thanks to the patience and professionalism of Aubrey at Roy's.

I have had emergencies we here at the resort need Reliable and trustworthy people and Roys is as good as it gets. we have tried a number of locksmiths in the area and had bad experiences with. But Roy's has and is Number one here at Resort. We thank you Jason for all you do. Office staff is the best. Thank you again for your service to us.

I called and Mr. Jason came right out and it was on a weekend! Mr. Jason was very helpful and also knowledgeable about their products & about what he was doing. Price was very reasonable for a emergency call which are all weekend calls could be. I had locked my keys in my home! I would definitely recommend Roy's again and again have I use them again since the first time yes I have. just so u all know they have stuff for sale in there office as well! Thanks guys! We had our front door keyless entry lock done many years ago and have been delighted with it. No batteries, no power failure, works every time. Sorry for not posting a review then but I never thought about it! I have recommended you to many and others have had the patio door locks fitted - we were one of the first - it's that long ago! Amazing that a lock Smith can't change out a tumbler on some locks! Surprise when this HEAVY tourist are AND they are unable to help with SOME LOCKS. Never heard of such a, thing

I needed a set of keys for a trailer. I had a difficult time finding someone in the area with an actual storefront. The person was nice, very friendly. These are unusual keys and I had ordered blanks but Roy's has a policy that they won't cut a key from a customer provided blank. He said it wouldn't matter that my blanks were the same brand as the ones I needed, he wouldn't use them.

He made the two keys for me from blanks he had, different brand than my original keys and blanks. I went back to my trailer, one works, the other doesn't. I compared his key to my blank and original. It's close but close doesn't work with keys. I would have paid double what he charged me if he had used my blanks and he could have kept his own blanks. Still, he is there, nice store, nice people. I'm sure they have their reasons for their policies.
