I have used Urich, a couple of times now, for business needs. In an emergency situation, late on a Friday evening, we ended up having to use an different provider, who, took hours to change out our locks. When it was finally done, our back security door was not correct. I then reached out to Urich, who came out and quickly fixed it. Every time, I have had to utilize them, they have been fantastic and always get the issue taken care of. We will, only use these guys for any and all lock needs, for business and home

I needed the lock on my front door repaired. I went to visit them at their office (I live very close.) I described the problem and showed them some pictures and videos that I took. I was given a quote that was reasonable and I gave them a date that I would be available for them to work on my lock. They came in the morning on that day and replaced the lock because the lock was very old and was failing.
They also had to make some alignment adjustments because the door frame had shifted a little in the last 30+ years. Now my lock is easy to use and reliable. The resulting bill was what was quoted.

Never met a Discriminative business owner in my life, Until I met the owner by accident in his place of business this Spring of 2019. He ought to be sued if I was African American or some other protected class other then being a female. Security, I'd rather go buy my parts from A competitor that actually cares about humanity and the safety of, Rather than some owner that believes it's OK to insult and belittle female customers.
