Using Sonic locksmith was a Great experience! Very professional. New clean state of the art equipment and truck. Showed up on time with respect and knowledge. They diagnosed my truck and found the problem in minutes. They cut and reprogrammed a new key and got my truck running within 15 minutes. I'm really glad I called them to help me. These people are a predatory tow company. My girlfriend who lives in Grenadier Lakes which is run by Welleby management association asked me to park in her assigned parking space for the unit she resides in. I had tools I use in my profession so I backed my vehicle up in the assigned parking space. Unloaded my tools and belongings to keep them safe.

I went to bed and woke up early to do some work and saw that my car missing. I woke my girlfriend to ask her if she moved my car which she had not. I located my keys and told her that I was going to call the police which she said I should first contact the towing company which post signs around the property. Apron reaching them they acknowledged they had towed my vehicle because it was illegally parked.

I explained that the vehicle was in the assigned spot for the residence. They told me that the vehicle was backed into the spot and the monitoring company for the association contacted them. They stated the tow fee was $130.52 and storage fees would start if I didn't pick my car up. Disbelief of what kind of scab organization was behind something like that.

I arrived at there location one hour after they had towed my car and was forced to pay a fee of $130.52 and if using a credit card it would be +3%. They asked for my registration which was in my car. They wouldn't allow me to retrieve it, I was not allowed on the lot but they would take my keys and rifle through my glove box and get it for me (because I backed in).

If out of sheer principle of how they do business I how this review will dissuade you from ever using any services from this company. They have no signs that indicate your vehicle has to be parked forward or any rules indicating stipulations

This place is a complete scam, they towed 4 cars today from my apartment complex today of which was mine when my registration was only two days late, when I said I will go get the paperwork to show him he said okay I'll wait.then took off with my car, then my neighbor had the same thing happen to her and we are here now trying to get our cars back, she found him towing her car outside so she rushed out to see what was going on with her baby in her hand and he said it would be $65 for her to get her car back, so she ran in to get the money and he said he would wait, and she ran in put her baby down got the money, and ran out and he was taking off with her car, she rushed and followed him with her husband's car asking him what tow place will it be at, and that she has the 65 cash and he says "well too late now I've left the preeminence so now it's 200" I've never heard of such a thing, how can someone take off with your car if they say that they're going to wait for you to give him the money, what a complete scam!

And they're not even supposed to tow a car less it's 60 days late on the registration and I was only 2 days late! All I'm going to say is they have bad karma coming there way with the way there working things.

Sonic Lock'N Tow is probably one of the few businesses that I have found to be excellent and wonderful in everyway, since moving here to South Florida three years ago. I get so worried every time I reach out to look for a contractor or business of some sort, as most have usually left me looking for another repair guy. Not the case here! The updated me was they were on the way to my location and prompt when answering the phone. Skyel went above and beyond to help me, and super friendly on top of that. I will definitely call them again in the future. Thank you again for all your help Skyel.

After a phone call Sonic Lock was at my house in 30 minutes and a key was made in 5. Absolute great friendly customer service and the best price after I called 4 places for estimates. I would call them again in a heart beat!

If you are reading this, just go ahead and call them and get going sooner vs later! You are not going to find a more reliable tow company, especially for the price! Huge thank you to Tommy! My experience was OUTSTANDING! I lost the rental car keys on the beach in Ft Lauderdale. I called my insurance and the rental car roadside assistance. Complete waste of several hours! Plus, way more expensive by a mile.

In contrast, I received a quote for $75 to tow the rental to the rental car yard. (Other quotes much higher.) When we got to the yard Tommy helped me get my belongings out of the rental (they are a locksmith too) and also drove me back to the airport. I can't express my gratitude enough! I had been stranded on the side of the road for several hours, totally let-down by insurance and rental car companies, on a Saturday night, so I was super grateful everything was smooth and as-promised. This is the best company to go to! I left my keys in the car & they sent a guy right away. Every other company told me its going to take awhile because of the rush hour. The person was so nice he said I'll still send someone if anyone else gets their faster its no problem. I definitely recommend this company to everyone! So nice & helpful.

I had a flat tire on a Friday night and could not find any other service to help change to the spare. The owner was kind enough to come by on his way home. I would definitely recommend for friendly, capable service.

We just had our vette towed. We were concerned with it being so low to the ground that it would be difficult to tow and or damaged. I had my key broken at a parking garage so the company called sonic lock n' tow. Wow! They were great! Service was quick and right on time. The equipment was top notch and very professional. Wow! What a great towing company! They are professional, knowledgable and even dropped me off to pick up a new rental car. I lost the keys to my rental car and they towed the car to the rental maintenance lot. The driver was especially professional and fast. They even make keys and remotes for cars! Had I known before hand, I would have had them make a new key for the rental car! I will definitely use them again!

My husband and I went out for my birthday on Friday night and when we were packing up to leave our vacation place, we couldn't find the key to our 2014 4 Runner. My husband contacted the valet from where we had dinner the night before and they didn't have the key. The 4Runner is push to start so me figured someone had our key, because the car should NOT lock with the key inside. Issac got to us a little later than he anticipated, but, he was able to open our car and guess what we found in the cup holder?

You guess right, the key to our car! Issac was a great guy and he had to suck up the charge the dealership charged him for the part he need to make us a key. Instead of being $350 as we were quoted, Issac charged us $82! We were on our way home a little later than planned, but were so happy for Issac's help!

Sky showed up and troubleshot the situation. Very efficient and great to work with! Definitely will use again for our locksmith issues.
