Kevin was able to help us out on a Sunday when we were in a jam. Was a great communicator and was on time and quickly got us back in the house on a hot day. Life saver! Would recommend Raleigh Locksmith to anyone who needs this service!

Ed changed the locks on our new home and was fantastic to work with. He was very friendly and scheduling time for him to come out was super easy. He showed up a few minutes early (we love to see it) and was really helpful in explaining how we could rekey the locks for the least amount of money because we had 5 total locks that we wanted to match. He worked very efficiently and was in and out in about 30 minutes. The total cost was $175. We plan to add another door at some point and I'll definitely call him to come back out and match the locks! Thanks Ed!

Thank you for coming bright and early in the morning. I called 6 other locksmiths and no response. As soon as I talked to Raleigh locksmith service they responded and was at my residence promptly.

I called to have two padlocks removed and to inquired about new door locks. It took Kevin seconds to remove the padlocks and he also serviced both my exterior door locks for me. He explained about different locks I could choose from but he did nothing try to sell me on or convince me to buy new. I cannot say enough good things about Kevin; he was pleasant and extremely professional.

My locks work like new now and I am so pleased. I also do not think I could have found a more reasonable price to pay for this. Kevin knows his job well and he gave expert advice on locks as well as a referral for some other things I am wanting done. It's such a joy to meet someone who cares about their work. If you are a contracted locksmith for a college apartment building, safety and professionalism should be a priority. Instead, you enter people's homes unannounced and violate their spaces and refuse to leave!

This week I was given notice that my apartment was changing all the locks. No big deal. However, yesterday I was lying in bed, undressed, when someone stuck a key in my lock and opened my door, he didn't knock. I panicked. Flustered, I ran to shut my bedroom door and asked him to come back in a little bit. He had a whole building to take care of so.

I assumed I could have 15 minutes to gather myself as my nerves were completely shattered from having someone literally walk into my home unannounced. Not 3 minutes later *he walked in again.* Again he didn't knock. At this point, I realized I should be furious. I had been so scared and absolutely shaking from the initial situation I couldn't.

My girlfriend locked herself out of her car on the side of the road. We called Raleigh Locksmith and they arrived literally within 10 minutes of the call and were able to open the door. The service was incredibly quick, and they were super professional and kind. The price was great, as well. 10/10 recommended.

My 400th review is for a locksmith, and I couldn't be happier! I accidentally gave my housesitter the wrong key when I recently went out of town, and I couldn't let my cat starve. I called Raleigh Locksmith Service, and Kevin was amazing! He arrived as quickly as he could and made a key from the picture I sent him. I had no idea that could be done!

He gave it to the sitter, and all was well. We did the entire transaction when I was over 300 miles from Apex, and Kevin was calm, pleasant and helpful the entire time. These guys were great! I put in a detailed quote request to re-key the home my husband and I just purchased, which included installing new smart lock hardware on our front door. Kevin arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. He was professional, friendly and personable. I had just purchased my new house and needed all the exterior doors rekeyed. I also needed two deadbolts replaced. He completed all the work efficiently. He was also able to offer helpful suggestions to resolve a dilemma I had with an additional door lock.

Just moved to the Triangle area and wanted to be extra secure and re-key all of our house locks and add an additional one to the crawl space door.
