Glens Key Lock & Safe

These guys saved me! I brought the wrong keys for a double padlocked case while traveling, and thought I would have to have the locks cut off or try to have the keys overnighted to me. I brought it in and they got them unlocked in no time, and didn't charge me! I gladly bought a replacement set of locks for them with matching keys to continue my trip. They were so professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

TLDR: Hospitality, quick, and affordable I never leave reviews but I had a great experience with Glen's. I was referred by Ace Hardware because my Car Key was special and I called Glen's the same day. Roger helped me out and was very nice and quick with his job. I forgot to catch the other man's name but he showed me his ferret photos, and he made sure I was helped.

This is the best place to get a key! Home Depot will tell you they can do house keys, etc. but there are house key types that they can't handle and it's not worth messing with. These guys know everything - they'll tell you all the options for car keys, house keys, etc. and the service is great.

This is by far the most professional locksmith business I've ever come across. These people are obviously extremely knowledgable. They had me taken care of within minutes but long enough to see how they treated the other customers as well as myself. Excellent service.

I licked my key in my husbands 1991 Toyota truck. Cody showed up in less than 10 minutes. Had me in my truck in less than five. Nice guy! The fab person who answered the phone was soooo helpful. I hope I never have to use them again but if you need them don't hesitate to call!

Super friendly guys there to help you and way good proces compared to other places I had to get a fob key for my new car and it was at least 100$ cheaper then the dealership charges and even cheaper then a store that claims to sell them at the lowest possible price

Seems like their prices were pretty high. I asked about reprogramming a key fob for my jeep and they were more expensive than the dealership. I've heard they do good work though.

Staff and service are professional and go above and beyond. This is the second time I've worked with them. The first time, I got locked out and scammed by a locksmith who broke the lock and tried to overcharge me for a replacement. Glens came out and replaced the old one and said they could have picked it no problem. Called them this time for a house that I moved into for just one lock and they sent Maricel: professional, kind, efficient, and went well beyond what I needed.

He was able to quickly pick and rekey all the locks in the house, make keys, and even make a key for a Yakima rooftop box I lost the key for in less time than I planned for him to do just the one lock. I saw some reviews say that Glens is a bit pricey, but honestly, you get what you pay for. If you pay discount prices, you get discount or even scammy service. If you pay good or premium prices, you get Maricel. Thanks for the help!

I have had them do all of my lock repairs and new keys for years always gone out of their way to fix or repair locks for me. Highly recommend Glens key! A+++

Glen's had a technician (Isaac) out to my house within 10 minutes of making the call, and he had my in my car less than a minute later. My truck was recently recovered after two weeks of being missing after being stolen. The perpetrators had access to my spare keys so they had a copy of the keys and didn't Hotwire my truck. I was referred to glens keys by Mark Miller Toyota. I went directly to glens keys from the impound yard from which I picked up my truck. The guys at glens keys were relatable and put me at ease during a stressful time.

I was cared for by a team of chivalrous men! They were also very thorough and efficient. They finished my rekeying and remote controls quicker than I expected and they also charged me less than I expected. Henceforth this is where I am buying my keys etc. from.

I need an electric bike he replace that was damaged. It was a tricky key to fix and to duplicate. The knowledgeable staff gave me two keys because they were unsure if there one would work and I did not have the bike with me. They only charged me for one however. They were quick and knowledgeable.

Oh my gosh I can't say enough about the customer service if this Buisness for those that remember back in the day customer service meant everything to a Buisness and appreciating there customers well this is a Buisness that really appreciates their customers! I brought my g wagon in after my spare tire cover fell off thru the car wash to have a key made for the cover that had been misplaced, not only did they make the key which is what they do but the person that made the key came out to my car and helped me put the cover that goes over the spare tire and helped me put it back on which wasn't a easy task took a lot of muscle and patience and he didn't give up even though it took two try's to muscle the cover in place and lick it in. Thankyou for reminding me that there are still customer service businesses out there that will go out if there way to be friendly and put them selves out for there customers.

You guys have me as a customer for life! Oh and it's nice to see a key Buisness that still has an establishment brick and mortar available rather than only having a mobile available.

Went into Glen's today to get a spare made for a used car I recently bought. Roger "helped" me with making a spare for me that does indeed work. But saying that he treated me with the shortest, most condescending remarks wouldn't come close to describing our exchange. He was just blatantly rude. No other way to describe it. I was there for maybe 5 minutes total, definitely didn't "waste" too much of his time. Did leave with a spare that works, but nothing that the local hardware store couldn't have easily provided. Roger could prob earn some repeat customers by stepping back from his urge to make people feel like idiots about.keys. Keys, Roger :

All of the employees thoroughly explained everything they needed to do with my car, and were very friendly. They even quoted me one price, and then when they under-estimated it, they actually went with what they originally quoted instead of charging me more. Seriously, what awesome integrity! I am definitely going to be a repeat customer if I ever have any key and lock needs in the future.

I didn't buy anything here, but I have to write a 5 star review because of my awesome experience! My husband and I came in looking for a small gun safe. We talked to a nice employee named Chad who showed us various safes and explained their features. He was very knowledgeable and listened to our comments and concerns. After learning that we were looking for something fairly inexpensive and temporary for our small apartment, he recommended other stores in the area that would have what we were looking for.

I was so impressed that he pointed us in the direction of another store, even if that meant we weren't giving him our business! Chad did a great job of showing us available products but also listening to our specific wants and needs and being honest. When we finally buy a bigger safe, we will be sure to buy it from Glen's!

Great people, excellent service. I needed a lock changed and I didn't have the keys. Called them towards the end of their day at 3PM and they were there within two hours. Guy who came out wore a mask and was friendly and super knowledgeable, a master at the craft. He was able to quickly pick the existing locks and rekey them. Very reasonably priced as well. I will happily use them again next time I'm in need of locksmith services. THANK YOU!

Took my bike in after locking my shackle on my bike and losing the key. I wanted them to try to pick it but felt pressured into paying them to cut my $100 lock off and nicking the paint job on my $3000 bike. Fortunately it isn't carbon or I would be out even more cash. I'm sure they are fine for residential and commercial door locks but I wouldn't ask them to do anything else.

I bought a truck bed shell without any keys and needed them made. A worker named Chad quickly and efficiently made me new keys, helped me troubleshoot some of the janky locks and saved me some money by disassembling and cleaning one of the locking mechanisms so I didn't have to replace it. Awesome service, great prices.

They are quick lovely to work with and have great prices. When my house was broken into they came that day to rekey the house and make me feel safe again!

These folks are AWESOME! Anytime we need Keyes we go to Glen's! They have their own parking lot and street parking. The folks here are very helpful and always have good suggestions. We have 1970 VW and very few key makers could cut these keys but not at Glen's and the keys we have had cut here always are cut to perfection.

My local locksmith folks finally closed down after a few decades so when I needed a whole new set of keys after a backpack theft I wasn't sure who could match some weird old keys. I walked into Glens during a busy Saturday afternoon, but was greeted promptly. I thought I'd have to come back to pick up the keys since they were busy, but I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

I was $25 for 6 new keys and 2 new keychains, and was on my way smashing out the rest of my spring cleaning to-do list in no time. Not only do I recommend them, but my Subaru key fob bit the dust today and I'm heading to Glens this week because I bet these guys can reprogram it.
