These guys. LOCKOLOGY.are amazingly helpful and considerate. They called me back several times to make sure we stayed connected. I honestly felt like they cared. A friend had her Acura broken into and the ignition jammed up and broken. They came out and fixed it and got the car running. Exceptional service and care for customers!

I just had one of the best mornings ever! Now, usually when you lose the keys to someone else's car on a holiday weekend you don't expect the next day to go so great but David put me complete at ease with his professionalism. He was polite, prompt and got me in the car in no time, And he we had the best discussion about history and culture and geography! This was an all around amazing experience! Highly recommend!

In a single visit, Ori rekeyed the entire house and attached apartment and added a new key and fob to my vintage Jaguar. He arrived with all of tools, supplies to.build 10 custom locksets, make as many duplicate keys, reprogram and make custom electronic keys for an older sports car. Ori had the skills to repair a broken key that I was prepared discard. He was neat clean and fast. And though he wore a mask the whole time, I felt he was trustworthy and safe.

This place is amazing. The first time they came they programmed a control that worked but did not unlock the doors. They told me they would reach out to me in a few days as soon as they got a different control and as promised they did. They came and reprogrammed an alarm to my car and I am completely satisfied. He was extremely professional and warm, asking me about my car and offering his sympathies. He then went the extra mile by unlocking my car in an unorthodox way due to some computer issues. We tend to review the bad service we get but rarely do we review good service. Edger at lockology is fantastic. he helped me get out of a big jam on Saturday night. I had no key for a Volkswagen Jetta I purchased. Edgar handled the problem when no other locksmith wanted to. Very courteous and helpful technician who kept me informed throughout the process of making the key. Polite, professional and excellent at what he does. Bravos to Edgar. This young man needs to be commended for the work he does

Great company. Ori was efficient and professional and got me a brand new key in 15 mins laser cut and programmed for my 2009 Smart Fortwo. Mercedes dealership said only they could do it and it was $300 a key and you had to go back twice to get it. Lockology came to me same day and had it done fast for over 25% cheaper than the dealership. Thanks again!

Omg you guys have to go to Orii! He's awesome at doing this really quick. The moment I got home, it only took him less than 15 minutes to program my remote start key fob. And it took him only like 5 minutes to actually cut the key to fit my car! Hes really nice and gives discount to first time customers. I definitely say the timing was just right and his customer service is awesome.
He's fast at contacting you when he's almost there or has already arrived. Overall, rate them more than a 10 out of 10. Will definitely always go back to him to get my key fobs done!

I lost a key and needed a replacement spare. The person over the phone was very nice and friend in addition to following up with me to let me know when a technician could see me for an appointment. I got a confirmation it would be the same day. I met the technician who was also very friendly and helpful. It was a fast service to make a new key and code it plus saved me some money! I would definitely give them a try before going to a dealer.

These guys are awesome! My 1994 Jeep was locked and 2 other attempts to open it didn't work. Within 2 minutes of Ori showing up, it was open. He rebuilt the lock and made me a new set of keys off of my very old, busted key. The bonus was that with the nice new keys, the other locks now work too! He was also super nice. I recommend these guys highly.

I managed to lose my keys to an old Mercedes today and looked all over the facility & even went through the dumpster with no luck. After all failed I sat down and called multiple locksmiths who got my hopes up about being able to make an ignition key however after waiting on a call back I was able to get a hold of this company who came out on such short notice and go the job done when no other company was able to other then he dealer ship but since its the weekend it'd be like spending the weekend in jail waiting on the judge to see you. I am very thankful for the fast and friendly efficient service provided here today. Very thankful!

High recommend. My car wouldn't start due to the key not turning in the ignition. I called a few places and left messages, some didn't call back, and places said I had to bring in the ignition for them to look at. Lockology had availability to fit me in on the day of and were able to send out their car to meet me. The technician was friendly and explained the situation and what his estimate was.
The work must have been a towards the larger end of the estimate as after a couple hours and he called another person to help out. In spite of all that the out the door price was reasonable (at the dealership they couldn't give me a clear diagnosis, and their estimate to fix was serval times larger than what I paid) and still finished within the larger estimate of time he gave.
This allowed me to still make dinner with the in-laws. At the end of the service the technician went over the repairs, talked about the warranty policy, and how to get back in touch with him in a thorough and friendly way. Definitely would recommend and work again with Lockology.

A couple of days ago I lost my keys and was completely locked out of my car in Oakland! Frantically, I started calling around because I had to get to work. Thank God for Lockology Locksmith! I called and spoke with a gentleman that told me they were mobile and could send someone within the hour to make a new key for me. The guy arrived, made my key and was done in under an hour! This locksmith was not only a lifesaver but quick, personable and helpful!
