Didn't get his name unfortunately! But he was quick and professional highly recommended! I called him and he said he would come for an estimate but I asked if I could send pictures instead. He was fine with that. After reviewing the pictures he told me what the problem was and how he would fix it and gave me an estimate. Then he was here (bushwick) in 40 minutes. Fixed the lock in under 30. It was the most hassle free experience I've had in a long time! Quick and efficient and on the same day all under 2hours!

I have a wonderful experience with Broadway locksmith. I think everyone in NYC was locked out of apartment at list once. So that happened to me last night. I lost my keys from the bike lock. I'm working in delivery and had to go to work early in the morning, I was super disappointed when understood that my key is lost. I didn't have much time and called Broadway locksmith. They where the only company which picked up the phone at 5am. Guy came really quickly cut my chain and saved my day. I appreciate your help!

Mykhalio is an absolute lifesaver! When I locked myself out of my airbnb at 2am, he responded to my messages immediately, showed up exactly when he said he would, and charged me exactly what he quoted me. He was able to get me in without causing any damage (a huge relief) and he was so kind to me and my dog who was very anxious on the other side of the door.

I locked myself out of apartment in Chelsea - Broadway Locksmith was extremely helpful and very fast and responsive. They showed up within 25 minutes of my call despite heavy traffic, and unlocked the door easily within minutes of arriving. They also replaced the key in my door very quickly and easily. They did an amazing job, would 100% recommend calling Broadway Locksmith for any lock/key issues at all. They are very friendly and professional at all locksmith functions!
