Small shop but personnel were great. Can't beat a local shop that supports our country!

We were travelling south to escape the cold winter, accidentally lock out key in our Motorhome. Call Bob's, and they come out promptly, and quickly got us on our way! Thank you Definitely recommend!

Service. That's the word I associate with Bob's Lock and Key. These guys understand and implement service at the maximum. Even when I called in while traveling, they were able to walk me through a tough question efficiently and effectively, and as long as I'm in Sioux Falls, I expect to be a lifetime customer at Bob's Lock and Key.

Wow! Competent, friendly, timely, and reasonably priced. We had two deadbolts re-keyed and they finished before we settled into the waiting area. And, at a reasonable cost. Nice and friendly food.

Fast and friendly staff. Great price for a key I needed cut, that I brought in myself. They were clear about policy and no guarantee it would work since it wasn't their key. It worked and I was happy. In and out within 15 minutes. Will come back again if I ever need a key cut or replacement.

These guys have helped me out three times in the last few months. Cutting new motorcycle keys for me. They were incredibly patient and knowledgeable in solving a problem with an older style key. Great value too.

They communicated when they got my key in and also gave me a free door key since my key was having a hard time getting made. Would do business with them again — making it right with a customer is always a win in my book!

These guys were awesome. They communicated immediately when there was an issue beyond their control that kept them from getting to us on time, and when we accidentally bought the wrong shaped lock they gave us the opportunity to reschedule instead of taking advantage and charging for two visits (they easily could have). Shout out to Brian specifically who explained to my dad how to work his new keypad, and answered all of his questions. I highly recommend them for all your lock and key needs!

After going to two different key places that could not make me a copy of a certain key bobs lock and key made this effortless. In and out in 3 minutes.

He was at our location in 5 minutes, told me the price (40) and it was exactly that, after tax. He was night, got it done quickly. I approve and highly recommend!!!
Compared to another guy that said 15 minutes and $60 not including tax, even though his online price said 30.

Marshal came to our new home and changed out the locks. He was able to order in new parts to match the vintage knobs of our historic home. He worked quickly and did an excellent job- couldn't be happier with the service we received. Also, we were impressed with how fair the prices were. If we could change anything, we think it would be nice if they had more selection of keys.

It was hard to give up the original ornate keys that went with our old locks for the new standard ones. We have been told if we find a key blank we like somewhere else we can always bring it in and they'll cut it to fit our new locks.

Got locked out of my house with my 1.5 year old and boyfriend called around and no one could pick our "fancy lock" without drilling the lock, according to everyone else around town that calls themselves a locksmith.. Because Bobs Lock and Key came to the rescue within 30 minutes and had us in our house in 10 seconds or less. And didn't charge up the wazoo. And NO DRILLING.
