I reached out to J&M to rekey three doors to put them all on the same key. Eugene answered the phone, scheduled me the next day, showed up on time, was efficient, clean and professional. The valet company I parked my car with one night lost my car keys and had no explanation why. Eugene with J&M came to the rescue to replace my key fob and cut a new emergency key. I tried to install my new deadbolt and door lever. Nothing was working, so I called J&M. He was nearby so he came by to price the job. The price quoted was very reasonable. I liked that Eugene was very honest, helpful, and kept lines of communication open. Even though the job was rather small, Eugene offered extra tips on decreasing the chance of it happening again. Had a pleasure of working with J&M Locksmith on several occasions (including this morning, hence the review). Called J&M Locksmith and talked to Eugene. Got locked outside the house and needed to get in. I was in a hurry so asked him to come ASAP. In 45 minutes he was there and in a few short minutes I gained access to the house. Quick, courteous, professional and fair prices. If you're looking for a solid locksmith in the Metro Atlanta area, call them!

I can't say enough about J&M locksmith. I have had several business and personal emergencies as well as just basic lock smith needs and this company never disappoints. I contacted Eugene to re-keyed locks to several businesses for us. He arrived when he said he would arrive, his prices were fair, he was able to intelligibly explain to me what he was doing and why. He could not complete the job that same day because he needed to order keys and pick up a dead bolt for one of our doors. He gave me a date and time for which he would return and did just that.
He was unable to install a deadbolt on one of our office doors and instead of trying to make a quick buck, he gave us other options. We will definitely use him again. I will definitely be using him again for all of our businesses.

Eugene, the owner, came out. I called this morning thinking someone would be out next week. He was literally here within 1 hour. Did excellent work.
