I had a front gate lock and a front door lock both of which were giving me technical issues. I called Dan and booked an appointment. He showed up on time--something that doesn't often happen. His truck was organized and fully stocked. But it is what happened next that blew me away.

Dan spent about 30 minutes with me troubleshooting the issues and gave me guidance on how to repair the issues. He was really clear that he would be happy to do both, but also pointed out how easy it would be for me to do the repair--and even showed me how. When he left, he gave me an extra part and didn't charge me for the visit.

Wow.

In my books, this is amazing service. I won't look anywhere else when I have a lock issue that I can't resolve on my own.

Adrian was awesome, I was locked out of my condo after a drive from LA. It was 10:00 pm and I was tired, he arrived before the quotes wait time which was really appreciated. He was personable and focused solely on getting me in. He was able to make a key on the spot and got me in rather quickly without drilling or breaking anything to enter. Then he made me a few spare keys to boot!. A fantastic experience and highly recommended. If you need locksmithing go with Locks around the clock!

Our company uses this vendor for many of our clients. They are courteous, professional and on time. Their prices are reasonable. All the techs are great, but I want to give special recognition to Dan. He is friendly and so very helpful. I met him at a client's home this morning to troubleshoot a keyless lock that wasn't opening and needed a user code added.

He took care of that perfectly. I needed to program the alarm system to do the same. I mentioned how I disliked working with alarms and he helped me with it. It only took a few minutes, but that's what I consider "going above and beyond". Thank you, Dan for being so awesome!

Had a new key made by them. It was easily one of the most straightforward things ever. Great customer service. It was 10 minutes before closing time and he wasn't hurrying or anything. made sure my keys are done well.

Let me just say, I am extremely grateful to this company. I leave to work at 6 am, this company was the only one that I found that was open to come and unlock my garage (we have a detached garage). They were so quick that I ended up only being 20 minutes late to work instead of over an hour. The worker was quick to unlock the door and very easy to pay.

It was probably $90 to open the door, but considering that they were the only option, I did not mind one bit! Staff was also really friendly and gave me some helpful information about the door and what I could do next time.

They came and worked at my mom's house. It needed a re-key. They were prompt. Did a great job all around the house. Very friendly and polite. We highly recommend for anyone that has any locksmith needs. Dependable and honest!

I just need to say! I called at 11:00am and asked for a lock change fully expecting a three to four day delay BUT I was happily surprised when they said we can be twhere Between 3 to 5 and I said TODAY?????? Of course, I said YES!!! I can not tell you how thrilled I was with the immediate availability!!!!! Not only that, but they were on time and SO efficient!!! The lock to my patio gate was getting harder and harder to operate so I gave LATC a call for service. I had them come out once a month or two ago and so asked for "Dan" to do my service. He arrived right on time and though the lock had to be replaced which also required re-keying of a couple of others, the job was quick, efficient and the price was acceptable.

He also was able to copy a few keys for me as the last times I have had keys made at the hardware store none of them worked. It is my understanding the company will provide service anytime of day or night so Locks Around the Clock will be my locksmith from here on.

Reliable and honest. I found them randomly and they quoted me a price to switch out the leys on my newly purchased house in Shadow Hills . A week or so later, I scheduled service and they came on time and dressed professionally. AND they price they charged was exactly what they said it would be.

My husband and I went out for a walk Labor Day morning and when we returned our deadbolt was jammed and the key didn't work so at 7:30 on a holiday morning I called and talked to Sean. He said that Dan would be arriving in 35 minutes but it was actually 30. As a retired Naval Officer I do appreciate promptness. Dan was able to quickly resolve the jammed deadbolt and we were safely back in our house without breaking any windows.
