Though the locksmith ran later than I was hoping, the company was happy to contact me and listen to my feedback. I appreciate a business that is able to understand something was wrong and thrive to fix it rather than ignoring it. I hope I don't have to use them again, but if I lock myself out of my car again, I will definitely give them a second chance.

Barry helped me out with my ignition! I couldn't get my steering wheel lock to budge so he came out and had it fixed in less than 30 min, very efficient and kind.

Locksmith phone goes to a call center. They send out random locksmiths not the one you called. I called needing someone. Wait time was 30 min. Then I called back after I found someone faster. The guy showed up anyways and wouldn't leave until I paid him $19 for showing up after I cancelled. He wouldn't leave. Threatened me with collections. I Called call center again complaining and they gave me my money back. Be careful of these locksmith scammers.

Rob Was professional and Unlocked my truck with in 10 minutes! Would definately recomend!

Key snapped in half on 2011Toyota corolla. Chad let me know he would be here in 30 minutes and he was here in 30 minutes. He told me how much it would cost and it was about half of what the dealership wanted. He cut and programmed a new key and was able to fix the old one. HIghly recommend.

I am a small business owner of a clothing and accessory boutique, who has been in desperate need of relocking and reprogramming my building locks. I have recently had some experiences with theft and really needed to up the ante when it came to security in my business. I was recommended by a friend to reach out to Extra Locksmith. The amazing experience started with their dispatching service.

The lady I spoke with was extremely kind and took the time to listen to exactly what I needed. She got me in contact with a great technician. He was extremely knowledgeable, walked me through the three different security level locks they provide, and gave me a reasonable and competitive price. I ended up going with the highest level which included cameras, motion sensors, and cellular access. Since hiring them I have been able to be at peace knowing my goods and business are safe. I will always recommend it to friends, family and clients. Thank you.

I do not know where to begin. I contacted the Fort Worth office and was asked what are my needs. My needs were explained and it seemed like I would be well taken care of. I was assigned a locksmith by the name of Michael who quickly began to become very aggressive in his tone and began to attack me over text. Michael set an appointment for Tuesday afternoon, did not show up, and then contacted me on Thursday and quickly became annoyed when I was not prepared for him to be doing the work TWO DAYS after he was supposed to be there.

He has continued to attack me after the work has been done as we work through payment and accuses me of trying to cheat him out of money (I work for a construction company and he does not understand how payment works). If you contact this company, make sure that you are begin taken care of by the individuals that work in the office and not a third-party contracted laborer that has no understanding of how to treat a customer.

I locked my keys in the trunk. again. I came across Extra locksmith and left them a message. I was contacted by Chad within a couple of minutes and he had me back in my car within 10 minutes of my original call! Super fast! He was very friendly and very efficient! I'll definitely be giving him a call the next time I lock myself out ( it's bound to happen )!

Chad is professional and quick. He's came to unlock my car twice and both times he was very helpful.

I had a bad experience with one locksmith who quoted me a price and the 30 mins later wanted to up his charge by $40. Chad got there in 15 minutes, had me in my car in less than 5 mins and honored the lowest quote of the 1st locksmith! Please take your business to Chad at Extra Locksmith in Ft. Worth!

Michael was a HUGE LIFE SAVER today! Coming home from my newborn check up my key insert came out. I reach out to Extra Locksmith they had a tech to call me who was Michael he knew how important it was with my baby screaming in the background. Called in, they said they would call their technician and then that technician would call me in a few minutes. I waited 20min after not hearing anything before calling back. Someone different answered the phone and apologized, said the technician got hung up and he would call him to see his status. After 10min the original lady called back and said that she didn't have any technicians available for me.

It is not okay to keep people waiting and deceive them about someone coming to help. *Update: they called and wanted to explain their side of the story. apologized, and asked if I would then take down my review. Gave them two stars instead of one because it is good that they follow up however it does not erase the bad experience. Best Locksmith in Dallas was the company I called next and I would recommend them.

This review is definitely overdue. I was visiting my mom, and decided to have the locks on her home changed. Not being from the area, I randomly went with this company, and could not be happier with their service. My technician, Nancy, was wonderful. She was kind, and very professional. I also appreciated how quick and efficient the communication was throughout this process.

Lee with Extra Locksmith was amazing this week and really helped me out on a commercial property. They were very understanding that I had potential tenants waiting to see a space and the keys could not be found. Lee rearranged his schedule to get out to the property quickly got access to the space and changed out locks on 5 doors. I would recommend them to everyone.

Great job! Responded immediately. Actually showed up 10 minutes early for the appointment - what repair man ever does that! I not only needed my lock fixed but I actually needed a new part. He went and bought the part and didn't even charge me for all that extra time just the original bid plus the price of the part. I would highly recommend Joshua.

They helped me out with my car key. I had lost it Saturday night and was calling around for prices, when I messaged them they responded quickly and gave me the best quote. Can't keep the time they say to meet you at the shop, first running late, thirty minute delay, waited another thirty minutes, texted him then there was a flat. Could have called but no nothing till I contacted him! Will never try them again

Eli was a AMAZING! He was so helpful and professional. When I came home to my key not turning I was panicked. I called extra locksmith- Dallas and they responded immediately. Within minutes Eli called me to inform me he was on his way. Within 10 minutes he was at my door. He explained what was going on and what he was doing. After about 15 minutes I was in my home. I can't say enough about Eli except he is awesome and fast!

I was looking for quick, dependable and quality service. I got that and more from Eli, Who was cordial, friendly and reassuring. The overall bill was perfect for the 4 Locks that needed to be changed in an emergency.

Got a call from Nancy saying she was on her way. She showed up shortly thereafter and began working on my lock. She was very professional and fun to talk to. She completed this job as soon as possible and I scheduled another with her for tomorrow. I highly recommend this company.

Opened on Sunday and a holiday weekend. Owner was really friendly and did quick fast work. Also showed me how the lock worked I had 2 locks from a different store that said they couldn't re-key to match my other locks. Extra Locksmith did it in no time flat. And gave me a free key. They also do car keys and fobs. Just not Volvo or Mercedes. They have a van and will come to you so no tow needed. He said that he could have saved me a few hundred $ vs going to the dealership to have my FOB re-programmed.

Idan, the lock tech that did the work, knew his craft. I had two new keys programmed and working in 30 min for my 2007 Nissan Versa. Idan also explained some of the tech behind modern car keys and the security that has been added to protect cars from theft. Will definitely use Extra Locksmith in the future for keys, security, and car keys, etc. Good people that do great work.

The tenants of our apartment moved out and I needed to rekey the locks. I was looking for a reliable locksmith company close to my area and found Extra Locksmith. They did a great job with very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again in the future for our properties in Fort Worth!

I was home for Thanksgiving break and locked myself out of my car, on a Saturday night, in the middle of Dallas. Not the best way to end a vacation. I searched for a locksmith in the area and stumbled upon Extra Locksmith. I'm so glad that I did! They were helpful, speedy, and honest with their prices. I hope I don't lock myself out again, but if I do I'll definitely be contacting Extra Locksmith!

They are fantastic! My restaurant got broken into and sent out for 6 quotes on yelp.they were the first ones here (for their free estimate) and they demolished the quotes I was getting based on the pictures I sent to other companies. Eli (I hope I've got that right) was superb. He got the job done quickly and was very friendly, a good guy. I highly recommend them.

While searching for a place to make some quick keys for work I stumbled across this location. I walked inside and was greeted with a "smile." For me that's something big. Customer service is everything. Manuela welcomed me and fulfilled my needs quickly. I must admit I expected to pay higher prices at a locksmith but the prices were surprising reasonable and cheaper than my recent experience at Lowe's. Great customer service!!

Amazing experience - Eli asked me questions beforehand and knew what to do on arrival - I knew what to expect and the price was competitive. He was right on time and before I knew it my locks were disassembled and he was almost done. Before leaving he made sure every key worked, and insisted on the finishing touches, tightening, and lubrication. I recommend without reservation!
