Rushing to work when I realized I locked myself out of my bedroom. My keys were inside I called this place because they were open. Idan was here to save the day in 30 minutes. He explained all the possibilities and charges then got to work. He was able to spray something, insert a key and pound it open. I wasn't really watching but that's what it sounded like.
He did his best to avoid damaging the door and having to drill. The price was a bit steep at $200 but it is what it is. I, for sure learned my lesson and won't be making this mistake again. However, if I did, I would call them again!

I went to San Francisco to sight see and lost my keys I called and talk to Idan he answers first call and was so nice and fast! Worked with me on pricing and was made me a new key fast! So grateful for his service! Life saver !!! And to top it off it was late night Christmas Eve and he still came down with no problem! Recommend him to everyone in the area !! Pricing was way better then other places I called !

I got in touch with the owner who provided a quote for to replace the fob/key on my car which has a push button start. I tried to find my lost key but was unsuccessful. I provided my contact info and the tech called and we arranged a time to meet. He was able to get into the car quickly and provided the replacement key and a second one at a great price! Don't hesitate in calling Prolocksmiths. They are quick and very reasonable.

Job well done by Idan. I lost my car keys and needed a replacement ASAP. I searched round yelp and came across pro-locksmith these guys are super Professional and got back to me almost immediately. He was able to offer the most Competitive prices from all the locksmith I contacted. They also gave me a free spare key in case this happens again. I will definitely refer pro locksmith to all my friends and family.

I had done some serious damage to the lock of the door with no keys to the other entrance, and it was almost midnight. Idan responded quickly and came out within 15 minutes after talking on the phone. The job was more difficult than I had though, but Idan discussed the pricing and worked relentlessly till he got the door open. He was informative and explained what he was doing throughout the entire process, and managed to get the door open without damaging the door. I highly recommend Prolocksmiths if you are in need of a locksmith, and I would definitely call them again if I ever need help in the future. You're a miracle worker, Idan!!

Very professional, informative, and easy to work with. Arrived on time, communicated clearly, and understood what I wanted done in my commercial office suite. Gave me a competitive quote with all my costs clearly broken out, which is much more than I can say for some of their competitors. I ultimately went with a different company whose schedule fit mine better, but if I had worked with these folks, I would have felt very comfortable and in good hands. I had a great experience with this company! I lost my only key to my car Honda Civic 2009 I found those guys and they are awesome. They come out on time less then 20 minuets and did a great job making a new key to my car for a good price. Very fast and very professional service. I really recommend to use their services.
