This is hands down the best place around town. They are so nice and helpful. I came to have a key made yesterday and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Their prices are better than anyone else we called. We were so happy with our experience that we came back today (we live an hour away) to get my mom 2 keys made. Would highly recommend!

These guys were great! I asked them to install a keyless entry system in my office, and I was impressed with their prompt response. We had an emergency last weekend, and we were happy that we sought assistance from this security Lock service. We called them because our car key got stuck, and we couldn't resolve the problem on our own. I was excited to make some renovations when I moved to a new place. It wasn't brand new because it had been occupied before. Just the same, it was my own place, and I could do what I wanted to make it feel like home. Apart from that, I needed new locks and keys too. I called up security Lock service, and they happily accommodated me. We made our schedule, and their technician arrived punctually. He was also focused on his work and getting it done to my satisfaction. It was an impressive job, and I am pleased with the result.

I lost my main car key while moving to OK. I was using my spare that wasn't programmed to automatically lock/unlock. Security Lock Service is amazing! They had a new key made for me in about 20 minutes, programmed and all! They even gave me the first key they tried to make but it wasn't working for free. So now I have another spare that I can use to lock and unlock.
I asked about a key ring because I didn't have one and they gave me a key chain. Jordan went above and beyond. Thank you so much for the help and getting a key for me again! New key is on the left.

This place and Gentleman was a complete waste of time. He tried to charge me over 500 per door to change knobs I didn't need changed (i only needed them rekeyed). He didn't even know how to Get the door knob off, took a hammer to my door and damaged my door in the process. I literally just needed the locks rekeyed and he destroyed my knobs. Telling me they couldn't be rekeyed. Tried to sell me sub par door locks that were no even commercial as that's what was installed on the door before he took a hammer to remove them. Ugh. SO BAD. Reporting to licensure for this one.

I called because our front doorknob and handle fell off in my husband's hands. This left us no way with which to lock our door. I called and the woman in the office told me she would have someone call me with a time he could do the work. In less than 10 minutes I received a phone call from the locksmith saying he would be here in 20 minutes depending on traffic. He did the work and cleaned up after himself. We had a good experience!

I had an old mortise lock that was progressively getting in worse condition for some reason. Locking it and closing the door became very difficult. Then, one day the lock wouldn't even turn. I called Security Lock Service and they sent out a guy to look at it. He fixed it very quickly and even worked on a few other issues with the door to make it easier to close.
He was very polite and very efficient. The price was what I expected (not bad) and they stayed within their quote range, so I was happy with that. I'd definitely use them again.

This place is awesome !!!! They save me 250$ on my Dodge Challenger key and get the key cut and programmed in less than 5 minutes ! Dealer ask 380$ and tow the car there . I stop by the shop the guy get my address come to my house cut and program my key in minutes and charge me 130$. Thank you security lock service ;)
