Javier from Alamo Key &Lock is professional, timely, and communicative. I was very pleased with the services he did -locks on refrigerator, cabinets, and doors. I didn't have to wait all day for him to complete the job. He told me the time he would arrive and followed the given time. His work was very good and neatly done. I would recommend him and this company to anyone.

Very happy about my service, I was skeptical because of the online response and minimum communication. I canceled and decided to go with someplace else. The mobile locksmith called already to follow-up and arrived despite my cancellation. He was prompt and quick. I wasn't sure if I needed a ignition service, turns out it was just a new key that I needed.

These are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting on a quote for 2 weeks from them for my business. I have spoke to Javier the tech and he has lied to me multiple times. I called and spoke with Esteban and asked for a manager and he literally just hung up in my face. DO NOT use them. The only place that had the right slug in stock to make a copy of our rental van’s key, thanks to Delta Locksmith we could have extras around while we were at Burning Man. Because, you know, things sometimes get lost in the desert…

My wife lost her keys at a neighborhood mall. We had just lost the backup set a few days earlier. I called Available Locksmith and reached a local dealer, Delta Locksmith where I talked to customer service agent, Gil Cohen. I told her I had a key to the door of my wife’s car and wondered if it would save us some money if I ran over to the mall and let the locksmith in to make the new key from the ignition.

She said there would be no charge for entering the car. So, I just waited for my wife’s call that she was back in the car and on her way home. Gil called me back a few moments later and asked me if possibly the key I had could also be the ignition key. I told her I really didn’t know since my old car always had a key for the door and a separate one for the ignition.

She asked me if I would like to go check it out before being out $200. (Remember, this wasn’t just a matter of the locksmith getting into a car with the keys locked inside. He had to make a new key from the ignition switch.) I could not believe she was asking me this question. What a neat lady! I ran over to the mall and sure enough the key in my pocket opened the door of my wife’s Buick and then turned on the engine.

I called Gil back and asked if there was a charge for the locksmith service and she said, “This time it is on us.” What a great country we live in with people like Gil Cohen!
