Ethan was amazing! He replaced all the locks on my doors and re-keyed them to the same key. As a new homeowner he guided me through the process and was very professional and happy to answer all of my silly questions. He walked me through all of my options and different ways to save on costs. When I wanted an extra deadbolt he made time to come back on the same day.

AA Locksmith offers the best services at the lowest rates around the Pittsburgh area in my experience. They are fast and affordable and they respond very quickly when you call. I managed to get a technician to arrive to help install some new deadbolts I have for my home. We were locked out of our home one rainy night and wanted to call someone that can help. Our neighbor, thankfully, had the number of this locksmithing company that can open our doors. First time I've used AA Locksmith Pittsburgh, and I'm very pleased with their professionalism, speed, and friendliness. They quickly provided me with a service that was tailored specifically to my needs. I lost my house keys, and it was the only set I had, so I called for a new set that would fit my current locks. The staff was very nice and professional. It was a quick service but a quality job. The prices are reasonable and I would recommend AA Locksmith Pittsburgh to everyone in the area. I was locked out of my house today, and the only key was lost. I was unable to figure out who to call for help. I called a friend, and she recommended you, so I called. When Harel came and rekeyed the lock in minutes, I was astounded by the way he handled the work, and it showed resilience, experience, knowledge and critical thinking. I would love to call again if needed.

My car key wasn't working this morning, but luckily I have a second car and took it into work. That morning, my husband called Ethan and he immediately answered and set an appointment at our convenience. Ethan called 20 minutes before the appointment to ensure we'd be there and showed up 5 minutes early. Turns out the key DID work, and Ethan didn't charge us for his time (which included travel during business hours!). He was kind, courteous, and gave us a very reasonable quote for getting a keyless fab made for our Subaru Forester. Thank you, Ethan!

Incredibly professional, courteous, and meticulous. I called to have my locks re-keyed and Ethan was able to come same-day. He called twice with updates regarding the exact arrival time, and when he arrived he was up front about all the options, associated trade-offs and price differences. Overall I couldn't be more pleased with the way our new deadbolt looks and operates.

Fantastic, timely work from a knowledgable and kind Locksmith. He even recommended a less expensive way to accomplish the job (saving me several hundred dollars)! Very friendly service. They can cut you copy keys om site in their work vehicle! How amazing is that? Also, as a woman who was home alone during the lock changing process, I never felt uncomfortable. Fantastic service from Matt last night. The wife & I were locked out of the house and Matt from Door and Key was dispatched to help. He arrived quickly within the predicted time frame, was very friendly and professional. He tried to do all he could to avoid a drill-out of the lock, but we ended up having to go that way. We will call again for other non-emergency related services & pass out recommendations for Matt/Door and Key.
I assume they were dispatched by AA Locksmiths? We had called other locksmiths in the area, one said they didn't cober residential lock-outs after 5:00pm (seriously?), and one didn't call back until Matt had already arrived.

Excellent service!!!! i lost my car key last week. when i called AA locksmith Pittsburgh the lady at the office was extremely helpful and told me they can have a technician at my place within an hour. when the tech (Alex i think) showed up he explained exactly what he is going to do and how much its gonna cost. after 45 minutes i got my new car key fob. super professional and straight forward company. the price they quoted me over the phone was my total with no additional fees. i'll definitely recommend AA locksmith Pittsburgh.

I called AA locksmith and spoke to Kenny who was extremely nice and helpful. Kenny was able to set me up with one of his servicemen that very afternoon when I could be at my house Again very helpful.
