I had a great experience with BH Locksmith. Technician was great with communication the entire time. When things didn't go as planned, he worked with me to find the most affordable solution to my problem. Although the key replacement for my car took much longer than expected, we arrived at a solution and he respected his original quoted price. My lock jammed locked and I couldn't out of the house except through a window. My son called BH Locksmith, Responded immediately and had a polite, courteous locksmith with me within 45 minutes. Great service. The guy was very nice and professional at his job. He is someone, that really cares for his customers. My key fob stopped working last night, i called the the company, explained the situation and they offered to come out that night. Since I did not need my car immediately i scheduled an appointment for the next day. Lost the key to start my car, and got an IMMEDIATE response. The driver was here within an half hour, and had the car running within a few minutes. Both the phone operator and driver were kind and courteous, the driver kept up communication with me as he was on his way. We had gone to another locksmith to get a spare key, and the key they gave us was off and would not start the car, only open the doors.
