After an exceptionally poor experience with a competitor, I called Armstrong Locksmith and was told that a technician would be on the scene within the hour. The technician arrived within fifteen minutes and completed his task in very little time. He came in, did his job, took his pay, said thank you, and went about his day. Quick, affordable, and kind. If I encounter another lock issue I will call these individuals first.

I needed to have a duplicate key made for my Hyundai Elantra. I chose Armstrong because of their long-standing presence in the Nashville area and positive reviews. I received a quote over the phone and paid up-front for the duplicate key. There was a bit of a mix up regarding the timeline to have the new key cut and programmed, but the owner was able to rectify the issue by offer to come to me to have the service complete (on a day the shop was closed, at that!) I'm overall very satisfied with the quick and friendly efficient service!

Armstrong told me when he would be available, so I scheduled my visit accordingly. He was friendly when I arrived, easily diagnosed my problem, provided a fairly priced fix for my missing car fob, and threw in a free house key as well. Great price, quick service, friendly and professional. Will definitely go back for any future needs.

Very helpful, professional, and affordable! He was honest with me about the cheapest route to take on having my car key replaced instead of overcharging me. These folks are excellent! Sako was extraordinarily patient as I brought a car over that couldn't hold enough of a charge to get an ignition key re-programmed; they clearly are quite busy (probably because of being good at what they do), but I never felt rushed as a customer despite the key I was trying to get help with being quite a bit more complicated than expected because of my own car's battery issues.
We finally got the car's battery charged up enough for him to get his wizardry done in getting the key I had re-programmed to work with my car successfully. A+ work! Would highly recommend this shop, especially based on the professionalism and quality of communication.

They are a scam out for your money. DO NOT GO HERE FOR BMW. They are not certified for BMW. The key they gave me was aftermarket & started falling apart within days. Wouldn't guarantee their work and I'm out 400 dollars for a worthless key. Went to the BMW dealership and they said it was worth less and I need to order a new key. So I finally got a new key for my car way cheaper through the BMW DEALERSHIP.

I like this place! The customer service is top notch. They are very knowledgeable and straight shooters. These guys rock! I won't put down how much they charged for my 2012 Ford key and other duplicate I had made but I will say you will be pleasantly surprised by their service and prices. I highly recommend using them to duplicate important keys (esp the new funky chipped keys & fobs for vehicles) before you lose them and have to pay an emergency service outrageous fees *ahem pop a lock ahem* because you are in a bind. 5+ stars!

Rahim is the best! He has helped me out twice now and both times has gone above and beyond. The first time he came out my assistant had broken a key off in the lock. He fixed it in 5 minutes and then went out of his way to help me with another project I was working on. He also took the time to spray our locks to make sure that no keys broke off in the door again.
On top of that he even made a replace key for the one that broke! Today he came by and helped me fix my commercial door and of course did not disappoint. He was fast, friendly, and efficient!
