I would like to highly recommend Green Locksmith. They did a car key for my Camry right on the spot and at excellent price. I couldn't t believe they have such an amazing and professional key specialist.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. In short the handle on my door was stuck and I was locked out. The night before the same thing happened. The friend that I was with used my credit card to open the door, it took a whole 3 min. The technician came he said he had to drill out the handle. He just would not do what my friend did, but left me no choice but to say ok.

At that time he proceeded and not only DESTROYED THE HANDLE, LEFT EVERYTHING ON THE GROUND, LEFT A HOLE IN THE DOOR & VOID TO MAKE ME VULNERABLE FOR BREAK IN. THE CHARGE $250.00. HE CREATED THIS CATASTROPHE IN 5 MIN. I WAS APPALLED BY THE TECHNICIAN 'S AGRESSIVE AND NO ABILITY TO DO ANYTHING BUT DESTROY THE HANDLE. THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE. 250. OO WAS A R I POFF. I ALERTED AMX AND IS DISPUTING THE CHARGE.

I contact this place so they can help me get inside my house because I got lock out. They sent someone out to help me super fast. He got to my house within 20 minutes. He was very polite and professional. I would like to recommend them.

Green Locksmith safe me by unlocking my car. I went to get some groceries and accidentally I left my keys inside. They got to the store within 20min.

DO NOT USE. Did not communicate the price it would cost to open the door using air-jacks. Absolute rip-off, drill into your door instead of using this service.

DO NOT CALL GREEN LOCKSMITH. They told us a technician would arrive in 20 minutes. However, 1 hour and 20 minutes later there was still no technician in sight. I called back asking for some reasoning, and the man who answered said he would call the technician to find out his ETA and then CALL US BACK. He never called back, so I called AGAIN. He said he did call the technician, but chose not to call us back like he informed us he would because the technician did not have a specific ETA.

That is ridiculous, and he absolutely should have called us back regardless. Then, of course they want to charge you $50 to cancel. Avoid Green Locksmith. all they will do is waste your time. INSTEAD you should absolutely call The Key Crew. They were extremely friendly, arrived in the time frame they specified, and got the job done for a great price.

Got lockout of my car and this company came to my rescue in no time. Also gave me an excellent price. You can pay cash in hand or use your debit or credit card. They also provide invoice so you can get a refund from your insurance in case you have that coverage.

Excellent service provided. They got the best staff, they're very professional. They made a car key for my jeep at a very good price and they even program it at the spot.

SCAM.DONT USE I am so hesitant in ever writing a bad review, because I know the impact it can have for a business. DO NOT work with this company. They quoted me $49 in the phone and an arrival window between 230-330 pm. They didn't meet their own window, and once the technician showed up at 4:10, he told me the rate is $175. I asked him to leave as it was clear this was a complete misrepresentation. I called their office and they said they would be charging me a cancellation fee for $49.

Terrible- Stay away. Total shady technician. I was locked out of my condo on 4/21/18. I called and asked for price. I was told 150 plus 45 per lock if I need them to re-key it. Tech shows up- worst attitude, keeps demanding to know "where my keys are". and then says "Its GOING TO BE BIG MONEY". I told him what operator told me. He keep having me repeat but then just named his own price which would have been almost 500.00 when I was quoted 150.

He never called the "office" for a legitimate price. When I expressed my concerns he told me it was "Your own fault! You lost key. now big money!" I told him to leave immediately. I did not trust him. He high-tailed out. I then called the dispatcher back and t old them what happened and they did nothing but basically say the original quote was "just a quote and meant nothing". I asked how it can quadruple? STAY AWAY-- GO WITH SOMEONE HONEST WHO WONT SCAM YOU. - MP.

The price they quoted me on the phone was different. They are scam, terrible. I locked out my car and the window was open so you could open the car with simple tool, but I was alone in a different town. I called them and they told me it's gonna take 19$. I paid 77$ after long negotiation and fighting. It didn't take 10 seconds to open the car. Shot this company. Stay a way or stay without key way better than losing money for nothing. Regret regret regret. I just hate myself for calling them

I had lost my key and called Green Locksmith to come and help. The lady didn't sound very happy to have to take my call or answer my questions about pricing. Granted, I was upset because I had locked myself out of the house first day of 2018, but I'm her job I'm sure she gets a lot of frustrated customers. I asked if I find my key if I could cancel and she said yes but if driver is in route that there would be a $49 cancel fee.

Not even a minute later I found my key and called them back. I asked to cancel and asked if I was going to be charged the fee and the lady said "well yeah, the driver is in route soooo yeah." Could of had a better tone for it. In frustration I said "That's ridiculous I called so fast." And the lady said "yeah okay" and hung up on me. Save yourself the pain and find a place with better customer service and people who can do their job better.

I called this "business" to come and unlock ONE residential deadbolt, I was quoted 29$ for the travel and 35$ for labor. After arriving LATE the locksmith proceeded to "inspect" the front door lock and gave a new quote. 29$ for travel and 95$ for labor. To make matters worse the employee had an attitude and needed to be called on it. In the end I needed the door opened to have housework done and paid the fee.

If you decide to use them ask for an exact quote prior to them going out or you will be robbed. Better yet avoid this place completely! I paid 124$ for a job that I have paid 60$ on two prior occasions. Yes. I loose my keys a lot. And on top of everything they record your conversation without telling you about it

So I locked my keys inside my house tonight (It's cold and rainy in national city). It's Monday January 23, 2017 around 9:28 pm. The woman who answered was rude in a sense that she put me on hold like 3 times. I just wanted to know their prices and see if I even had enough for their service. I ended up letting her know that I wouldn't be able to afford it but thank you anyway.as soon as I said I said nevermind and thAnks she hung up on me before I even finished the sentence. Very rude.when I'm already having to probably sleep outside!

I just moved to the SD area. I was out & dinner came back to my house being broken in too. I was very mad & scared at the same thing. I was able to get a hold of Green Locksmith & let them know what was going on. They sent a tech right out. The tech was able to change all my locks and also provide me with high security locks. I called a bunch of companies which none can make my key the same day for a 2015 BMW 325i. This company had their locksmith at my home in 45 mimutes. Very friendly guy. He cut, programmed & everything on site. Speechless. Since all the other companies were making it seem like it was impossible to get a key made the same day.

I am absolutely AMAZED with this company the dispatch was amazing and assertive they handled everything for me, they got me a technician that arrived on time and was so nice. I am.saving their number just in case :)

Locksmith San Diego offers a great lock and key service in San Diego. After a very long flight I was loading my suitcase into the trunk, and accidentally locked my keys in the trunk. I was so tired from the flight, and really didn't have the energy for this type of situation. Within half an hour a Green Locksmith technician was by my side, and within minutes I was on my way home.
