I called Joel when my front door handle broke, and I could not get into my house. He squeezed me into his schedule since I was stranded outside and didn't even have my car keys with me. He also utilized the second door handle on my stationary door and secured the broken one on the stationary door so that I did not have to purchase a new one. He went over the top to provide great service at a more than fair price. He was one of the best service providers that I have ever used.

At first I was a little worried. The locksmith technician that was sent to me was probably 24 or under. He seemed so young! But I was completely wrong about him. Of course, David is the owner/operator of everything so I called to make sure everything was okay. It was. A funny side note to all of this is that I sent a picture of the doorknob/lock mechanism which was a push button code lock, mechanical as well as battery and I sent this pic along with my locksmith request to 12 different locksmiths in the coachella valley area, (through Yelp). Interestingly enough, most of them told me that they "don't service those type of locks".

I was baffled. Huh?!? Aren't you all advertising yourselves as professional locksmiths? Was very very surprised with the answers I received. Some, of course, were not available when I needed them, but most simply wouldn't "service that type of lock". Turns out, these other so-called locksmiths thought I was sharing a picture of my Safe Lock. LOL!

I don't own a safe. So it's "safe" to say, that my lock was a regular code lock. Hahahaaa! People are truly funny these days. It took a little bit to untangle my mangled wires of this code lock as I tried to fix it myself, but after a while, the technician was able to do everything to my complete and total satisfaction. My experience with David was excellent, I called 11pm at night when one of my cars was stuck at second floor on top of a tow truck carrier delivered from NY and the car didn't have any battery with MISSING KEY.
