Had an excellent experience with Eagle Locksmith and Gal as my technician for changing locks and installing deadbolts. He was very accommodating with a couple of last minute scheduling changes. The job was completed efficiently and with high quality. I would highly recommend using Eagle

Gal came out to help us with a lock situation. He arrived within an hour and was super helpful and most courteous! Would definitely use them for all of our locksmith needs!

The locksmith was patient and helped change the locks to my house quickly and effectively. I also locked my keys in my car when I met up with him. It took 5 minutes or so to get me back into my car. What a relief to not need to call another company! I will be calling Eagle's locksmith in the future!

I wish I had the same positve experience so many others have posted. I wouldn't use this company if you want to keep the old style charm of a mortise lock/door knob, or if you want to have a decent, honest experience in general. I received a quote to replace a mortise lock to the new style lock/door knob for $400. I waited two months and then decided I needed to get this fixed.

I sent him multiple pictures again, but he never gave me an updated quote. He just said prices have gone up. Once he gets to my home and looks at the job he said the work is going to cost $932 and that it would be about a 3 hour job. He charged $75 to just look at the job even though I sent him multiple pictures, so he should have been able to give me a more accurate quote. Needless to say I did not have him complete this job and I'm so thankful. I went with Tri-State Lock and they were able to fix my mortise lock and keep the old style charm for a mere $110. I'll take that anyday over an astrononmical price of $932.

Gal was very professional with his service. My service time was slot was between 3:00pm-6:00pm. Right at around 2:45pm I received a cal that Gal was on his way and he wanted to confirm we were home. Once he got here he confirmed the doors that needed rekeyed. He explained the different kind of locks vs deadbolts. He even confirmed that the company offered a keypad entry. He took his. He also was neat and clean. No messy shoes through the house. Strongly recommend. I have the company's number to all my friends!

Gal was so amazing. My daughter got into her fathers things and ended up with REAL handcuffs. We went to 3 police stations 3 fire departments and they told us to try childrens. I thought I would try a locksmith. Gal was here very quickly. It would have been a easy fix if my ex husband didn't try to drill it first ( This is why he is my ex husband who has handcuffs no key ) Gal used a drill and cut off the handcuffs.

We would have spent hours at children's and who knows if they would have been able to do it. He was so gentle with her and professional. I will use them again and again. I can't say enough good things about Gal and Eagle!
