Dabi, was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the service I needed done. He's determined to solve your issue no matter how long it takes or complain it is. He will work around your schedule and his work speaks for itself. He's on-time, walks you through what he's doing just to keep you informed and he won't put a dent in your wallet. I hate I didn't give him a call 2 months ago. Definitely will call him if I need any kind of lock or key service.

Under Lock and Key is a great business to work with. Scheduling is flexible. The owner is courteous. The prices are fair. We got our keys changed for our home and he was there on time and was very professional. He is easy to contact and communicate with. He was even understanding with weather and rescheduled without hesitation. If we need any other locksmith services he will be the one we call.

I called that morning and Dobby came within a couple of hours and rekeyed all of my locks. He was very professional and clearly explained my questions and concerns. His prices were reasonable and his service was fast and I didn't have to wiggle my keys for them to work. He will definitely be my go to for key issues in the future and I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again!

The owner arrived promptly. He began by informing me of what he would do & began working immediately. I don't think he was at my house from start to finish longer than 30-45 minutes. I was out of town and in a bind. I left my Jeep at home and my neighbor called to tell me my alarm kept going off. I was on the verge of having my car towed from my house due to a noise violation and had no way to get back home that night to stop this from happening. Luckily I called the right Locksmith and they coordinated with the local police to come to my house in the middle of the night.

I lost my keys to my storage unit. Looked up a few places on google. The first 3 places I called wanted to charge me $100. I called and asked his price, he said $50 I said ok, how long will it take you? Service was quick and easy. He was very polite and straight to the job.
