If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had a scheduled appointment and they did a no show. Lied and made me feel like I was the problem. They guy never even got out the car. Look else where for service. Trust me

I was having trouble with my back door knob, so I called Fast Eddy. He made an appointment for a Saturday, showed up on time, fixed the problem quickly. I recommend him to anyone in the Minneapolis area. If I ever need a locksmith again, he's the one I'll call first.

Fantastic service. Simon was able to drive to my residence within 90 minutes of calling. Made me a new key, threw in a spare and all at an extremely reasonable price. Would not hesitate to use his service again.

I called Fast Eddys on Monday morning to ask for a change of locks. They said I needed a rekeying which was cheaper. They came out right away and were done in about half an hour. Honest, fast and efficient. If I ever have any lock needs again I will call them first. Most highly recommended.

I don't think anyone is ever in a good mood if they have to call a locksmith, but this experience totally turned my day around. I lost my car keys and within an hour, they were able to unlock my car and I had replacement keys. Very friendly and personable! Fast is truly what Eddys is! Called at 10am, they were here in less than 2 hours. Front and back door locks replaced in under 20 minutes. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Not that I need locks changed very often but I did save his number in my cell phone for future needs. I would highly recommend Fast Eddys Keys Express!

The lock broke on one of our steel security doors and was completely inoperable, locked shut. The lock set was an old Marks lock that had actually broken internally, keeping the lock bar in place. Eddy and his assistant came by and recommended we pick up the lock set online; doing this saved us a couple hundred right off the bat, which was an excellent introduction.

Once the lock arrived, Eddy fit us into his schedule the next day, knowing we'd already been dealing with this inoperable door for about a week by then. The lock did not give way easily -- it took well over an hour, but they persisted, and eventually (& quite loudly) defeated the broken, but formidable, lock. Not to understate it, this lock was a challenge (which makes me feel even more secure having a newer version of the same lock installed now).

It was all smooth sailing from here, and we were all quite relieved we didn't have to escalate the process farther. They were very conscious of our pets the entire time, and allowed me to watch their processes, explaining as they did, and answering every question I had as well. Eddy even showed me the internals of the old lock set after pulling it out, including the part that had broken and jammed the lock bar, knowing I'd be interested to see what had been causing all those problems.

Fast Eddy's is a great business, and they were very helpful all throughout. If we ever need a locksmith's services again, we'll definitely be calling Fast Eddy's. Five Star.

Eddy was wonderful. Though a mixup led me to cancel last minute. He wasn't even mad that I mistook him for my landlord and made him walk up three flights of stairs. 9/5

After struggling with trying to find a solid locksmith, I finally came across Fast Eddy. I have now used them with several times. Always prompt and great communication! Even with the more complicated commercial locks, they just knock it out with ease.

From the no initial phone call, Simon was friendly and professional. He explained the differences in prices and the differences in keys. When he arrived he was kind and eager to assist. He worked quickly and explained to me features on my vehicle I knew nothing about. He made sure I understood everything. Truly a kind professional. I can't say enough good things about Eddy. When my office doors needed new locks, he not only was available but quick to arrive, quick to do the job, and quick to smile while doing it all. His prices are very reasonable, and he just a great guy two work with. So I thought of him immediately when my wife and I were locked out of our house on Labor Day. Who ya gonna call but Eddy. He was there in a half hour, got it done in 15 minutes, and gave me a very reasonable bill. I can't recommend him more highly!

Moved into a new apartment, needed to change the lock. I called a couple of other locksmiths, but their wait time was long and their prices seemed high. Thought I'd give Fast Eddy a try based on his reviews. I was not disappointed! He was here within 48 hours, arrived on time, and completed the job within minutes, at the best price. Very nice guy, clean work. I would highly recommend this locksmith.

Fast Eddys was exactly that - fast! I called them on a Sunday morning because I locked my keys in my car. They were here in 30 minutes (might of been less) and Westy unlocked right away. It was seriously impressive to watch. Westy was very friendly and professional. Fair price and accepts credit cards. Will call again!

Found Fast Eddys on Yelp and called because of the good reviews. So glad I did. I left a message and received a friendly call back within 5 minutes. Eddy told me he'd come to my home the following morning to look at a door knob that was giving me problems and that he wouldn't charge me to come assess the problem. He arrived right on time and was extremely professional. Eddy explained the options I had, ordered the part and returned within a few hours to install the new knob. Job took about 10 minutes and price was extremely reasonable. Eddy was so friendly and I would absolutely call again.

This was a life saver today. I locked my keys in my car before work and wasn't sure who would be available early in the morning and during COVID. It was a quick response and easy to work with.

I had a driver passing through Minneapolis that had car with keys locked inside. Called them a day before and explained the situation. I have a Porsche Panamera that needs the door unlocked. They said sure we can do it with no problem, next day my driver calls them and they refuse to do any service saying that they do not know how to unlock a Porsche.

Anyway had to call several other places before someone from their team reached out to me that helped out my driver. 3 stars because they actually got the job done but I wish it wasn't so painful to schedule them. After talking to my driver he told me the mechanic was finished within 5 m

Fast Eddy was right on time. He was very knowledgeable about my 1930 lock. Mission accomplished in less than 30 minutes. Fast and efficient; all you can ask for in the service industry. I will use him again without hesitation.

Eddie offers outstanding service! He's professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable and affordable! He helped us out within the hour when the OLD front door lock gave out - just as we were on our way out to dinner! Tried to save the old lock first (to save us money! Fast Eddy is awesome! Our front door lock wasn't working so we called Fast Eddy. After texting a few images and talking in the phone he helped us quickly and easily solve our issue without needing his services! He could have easily charged us to come out, evaluate, and install an expensive new lock. Instead he was honest, helpful, and no cost. You just don't get that anymore these days! I was at a gas pump in Minneapolis when I inadvertently locked my keys and phone in the car. I let out an expletive and a man asked me if I locked myself out. I recently moved into my new house and needed to get all my locks re-keyed. Thanks to the all mighty Yelp, I found Fast Eddy! Eddy is very knowledgeable with all different kind of locks and charges a reasonable price for rekeying. He does what he is asked for and doesn't push people into purchasing additional locks or changing locks when it's not needed. I would recommend Fast Eddy to anyone needing lock services!

I have called Eddy three times over the last 5 years I've been in my home for various tasks- installation of new locks, rekeying after I had a burglary, and once when I locked myself out of the house. He is such a nice man and responds quickly. He will offer good advice about where you might need added security too!! I will ONLY call Eddy!!

Fast Eddy's did an amazing job rekeying my house and cutting and installing a new deadbolt. He showed up right on time for our appointment, got right to work and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was safe and secure. In the end, it all came out to cost even less than we originally thought and we couldn't be happier!

Fast Eddys called and said they were going to be EARLIER than expected. And then they were able to clean up the mess of a scam company, take out the lock, and replace everything within half an hour for half the price.
