I locked my keys in my car and this service was there for me. It only took 30 minutes for them to get a technician out to help me and he was very efficient, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend their service to anyone else stuck in the same position.

Today I made a genius move and locked myself out of my own apartment. After seeing how highly rated this company is, I decided to give them a shot and am so glad I did. I was shocked at how prompt Steve (the technician) was as he arrived in no more than 30 minutes. The whole process only took about 10 minutes. Steve was extremely kind and professional and even took the time walk me through what he was doing, which was pretty interesting.

Fantastic service, but the absolute joy was their serviceman. He was so professional and did a great job explaining the situation and how to solve it. We were able to get in our place in a jiffy and had our problem solved quickly. Absolutely recommended.

My housemate and I were locked out. Door lock apparently was broken. We called via Yelp and they came in within half an hour to get us in. It was hot and gross but Steve came and did his professional thing with a smile on his face anyway. Thank goodness that's all worked out.

I can't say how impressed I am with the work and customer service. Steve, showed up within 45 minutes and was super professional. He was also very nice to my obnoxious barking dog, which he pet until she stop. And he fixed my lock in no time!

Incredibly quick and helpful service, and at a very reasonable price. My dog somehow found a way to lock my deadbolt and lock me out. The 24/7 lightning team got to my apartment in 20 minutes and was able to quickly assess the situation and figure out a way into my apartment. It's tough to have a broken lock, especially when it's to the front door and it can't secure your home. Thank god for 24/7 lightning locksmith. The technician was courteous, professional, and polite to a fault, not to mention scurpulously honest. He let me know all the options and fixed the broken lock rather than pressing for a more expensive and unnecessary replacement. This service definitely has my highest recommendation. 5 stars!
