I first used Yes Locksmith in 2020 to rekey our condo in SF and was very happy with their work. More recently, I needed to add a deadbolt to a pocket door and an electronic lock to the garage. Yes Locksmith responded quickly, and ordered the speciality locks for me. As soon as the locks were in, an appointment was scheduled and the work completed.

One of the pieces for the pocket door lock was not in the finish I wanted and Ramon hunted down the correct finish, and swamped out the piece at no additional fee. Ramon service was excellent - polite, friendly, clear about what needed to be done and the cost. He changed our front door lock efficiently and well. Ramon also took his shoes off before entering our house. A really good experience.

Ramon came and rekeyed five locks I had purchased. One of the locks had the wrong keyway so he spent a long time trying to change the cylinder to match the other locks. Unfortunately the lock had a too-specific design so it didn't quite work, but when I had found the right cylinder several days later, he came back right away and finished everything up.

He was very responsive, highly skilled and spent a lot of time making sure everything worked exactly right. I'd recommend YES locksmith 100%. One of the best businesses with which I've ever interacted!

The electric strike on my front gate was stuck in the open position but I needed to be somewhere soon. I called a couple locksmiths and YES locksmith responded quickly, and had someone out there in less than 30 minutes. The locksmith who came out was professional and worked fast and even improved the geometry of the gate locking pieces to be better than before (it clicks closed more easily and makes less noise now). Highly recommend this business especially if you need help urgently.

I called YES Locksmith to fix my front door lock and spoke with Ramon. I sent him a picture of the lock and he had scheduled a technician to come out within 1-2 hours. He called and informed me the technician will be late and personally drove out to get my lock fixed. What a service! I highly recommend them for their fast service and professionalism.

I bought an August smart lock thinking I could install it on my door but turned out I needed a dead bolt installed. I called an spoke with Ramon who said he could install a new deadbolt to my door and attach my august smart lock and we set up an appointment. He arrived 10 mins early. Drilled a hole in my door for the new deadbolt then he added the august lock to it. Lines up perfectly and works flawlessly.

The upstairs security gate had become unaligned, and was very difficult to close. Plus the inner front door no longer closed smoothly. (A contractor said landlord needed to replace front door.) Yes! Locksmith was out the next day. Ramon efficiently bored the gate lock opening to close securely and quietly. He then went worked on the front door, getting the door to to open and close without a battle (or buying new hardware). He was professional from start to finish, leaving the area cleaned up. Plus, they've got the nicest looking vehicles.

I cannot say enough about how good the service was. My father got locked out of his car at the gas station, I tried calling multiple other locksmiths but it was 6 AM. Ramon was the only one who answered and told me he could be there in little as 30 minutes. His price was very reasonable as well and he got the job done I would say in less than five minutes if even that. Finding a locksmith at that time can be hard and also very costly but Ramon came to the rescue at a great rate and fast service I couldn't ask for better.

I messaged five lock companies and this one was the fastest to respond, including being super responsive relatively late at night on a Friday. They were able to send someone the following morning and immediately knew the issue, then got the job done in 30 min. The guy also tidied up some electrics that were a little sloppy behind the lock itself.

The lock on my front door had given out and so I needed some assistance ASAP. The first locksmith I reached out to told me the entire thing needed to be replaced and would cost me anywhere from $700-$1200 FOR THE PART ALONE and would take a few days to find that part and get a quote. I called up Ramon to get a second opinion. He was able to come see me within a couple hours and fix the broken piece without replacing the entire thing saving me potentially over $1000. Fast, same-day service. Very polite on the phone. Only complaint is they didn't try to upsell! I forgot I was going to ask them to add a chain instead of just changing the lock. $195 total to change two locks. Seems reasonable for an emergency service.
