So today I was getting old McDonald's out of my car while trying to get the girls out and forgot my dean keys, had to think quick and Google lock out of car. Came across this service and they were they in 10 minutes!. Took them only two minutes to unlock my car, Highly recommend. Moises was great.

I'm very disappointed. This was a very simple job. I scheduled the appointment the night before so they could arrive at 7am. They told me they would be there between 7 and 8 am and no one else was scheduled at that time. That's fine since my worker is scheduled to arrive at my building at 8am to finish a big project. They no called no showed me. There voicemail says someone will call you back in 5 minutes.

No one has called me back. They won't answer the phone and I've been calling for the last hour. I only called this place because they had 5 stars and they seem to service people in my area. I hope nothing bad has happened to this locksmith. But if nothing bad happened, I deserve an explanation for them putting me in a bind and then not contacting me like I don't matter. I could have found another service if they weren't going to show up.

They said he would call in 5 minutes and be here in 20 minutes which he did. He gave me an amazing discount. I appreciate everything because these days I count every dollar. He had great customer service, timely and kind. He should be recognized because these days no one owes anyone anything and he didn't hesitate to help me in my time of need when he didn't know me. Moises was amazing! I was locked out at 10pm at a gas station with my baby in the car and he came to the rescue! As soon as he arrived it took seconds for him to get my door open! He kept in contact!

I want to give them a positive review, it seems like a lot of people liked them, but they were no shows for me. I've now called them 3 times to no answer and it's been over 30 minutes since I was supposed to hear from them. If you're calling a locksmith, you're probably in a pickle, so I'd go with someone that will be there when they said they would be.

Although they were able to help us out I'm disappointed in the discrepancy of price quoted when I called.my 75 year old father locked himself out of his running car. I called, described the situation and the car year, model, everything. I was quoted $85. I had to leave for an appointment - when I called my dad he said the guy was here in about 25 minutes or so and charged him $95 plus $19.

I called back the next day to ask about the difference in price quoted vs. billed price. I was told the $85 was just an estimate. I was not told that when I called and I was not notified of the service charge. In all the pricing isn't too out of line - I would just prefer to have an honest assessment up front instead of feeling a taken advantage of. *in response to response - JUST TELL ME WHEN I CALL - that it's an estimate and that there is a fee - I specifically asked those questions on my initial call. It's deceiving.

The service saved my butt when my friend locked us out with no phones. They managed to make it work without a callback number. Service waa quick and cheap for after-hours service.

A long long time ago I was mugged and had my keys taken. Worst part of the experience was being locked out of my apartment afterward. I am completely disappointed in my experience with this company. I had locks changed a week ago. After having a locksmith reschedule twice to come back to fix a lock that started to have an issue after the repair, the locksmith shows up and tells me he has a friend with him “to make the job go by quicker.” When I let him know that I am not allowing his friend in my home, he lets me know that I would be willfully cancelling my appointment by not letting them inside.

I call the office and speak to John who follows up with the locksmith’s supervisor and lets me know it was a “locksmith in training” with him. When I asked John if he understood my concern John goes on to say that he is not sure why I would be “getting weird about having them come in” and “its not like they are going to attack me.” When I got off the phone with John the locksmith had left an additional voicemail message stating that he understands why I am worried about him having his friends with him, but I shouldn’t be because they are also locksmiths. This is not how you do business when you are trusting people to provide a service in your home. An apology and some changes in practices are needed.
