We needed 2 key fabs and keys cut for our 2019 Honda Fit, Jon was fast at trouble shooting a faulty signal from the only key fan we had that was damaged and sending a UN copiable faulty signal, Jon removed the bad key signal and gave the car a new signal and made us 2 fabs complete and key cut for $250 a piece far less than the dealership

Jon and his son (Eric I think?) were incredibly helpful! I needed a new key fob for my old jeep to be programed. I arrived at the shop and started the drawn out process of getting all 3 of my little kids out of their car seats, etc to go in. Eric came out and said there was no need to get them out, that he could do what he needed right there. He was done in no time while the kids and I hung out in the car.

When I mentioned I could also use another copy of a physical key, he did that quickly too. All in all it took less than 10 minutes and they didn't even end up charging me a thing after mentioning that my husband had just started a yearlong overseas deployment. I was so grateful for their compassion and service. You will not be disappointed.

Jon's Locks is exactly what you want when you call for home repair and services. They are friendly, are dedicated to their work, and do a great and thorough job. We had our new doorknobs and a re-key done on our house and it was so professionally executed. They even helped me pick out the right kind of knobs to fit our doors beforehand. Definitely going to use them again for all their other services too.

These guys REALLY know their stuff! I went to 3 different places looking to replace my car key, and no one could help me. They told me my only option was to go to a dealership and they MIGHT be of some help. Feeling very frustrated, I was about to give up. But a friend recommended Jon's Locks after I complained to her about my situation. WELL. Not only are they VERY sweet and professional, but they said they could replace my key!

And for a LOT less than the dealership was going to be. These guys are so great, I totally recommend them for any kind of key/ lock problem. It's a family company (Jon's son works in the office) and my motto is "Support the little guys". And the owner, Jon, served this country in the armed forces, so a BIG plus - it's also veteran owned!

I am in awe of this company's ability to respond to our needs. We had a non-emergent need to have 2 door locks repaired. My service call on Wednesday was handled professionally and informatively. An appointment for a house call was set for Friday at 2P. They showed up on time and within 30 minutes the 2 locks that hadn't worked for 26 years were repaired; 1 also needed rekeying.

The price was more than reasonable (and less than quoted)! I would not hesitate using this company again. I will continue spreading the word of this company's good work. I consider myself lucky to have found Jon's Locks. Do not hesitate calling Jon's Locks for your locksmith needs.

Been trying to find a place that did keyless starter replacements.dealers prices outrages. Found Jon's and called them.they had the key fob and price was great. Turns out didn't need a new one but had them make a backup key for another car. Worked with Zack who is knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. He made the new key in minutes and even went out my car to ensure that it worked. Highly recommend this company and wish I knew about them sooner. Will use them in the future and will recommend them to others.

I had greased the lock but was unable to turn the key. Jon arrived promptly for appt and was able to open right away. Did not charge for service call. Would definitely call again if needed a locksmith.

I called Jon about chaning several lockset for my house. We had a good, technical conversation about my Yale keypad lockset. I sent him a few pictures of what I had. He came back with a good estimate. We set up an appointment. He arrived on time and completed the job in a quick, clean, professional manner. Jon knows his stuff! My customer experience was excellent! I highly recommend him and won't hesitate to call him again when I need help with something.

Unfortunately locked the car and misplaced the FOB for the Lexus. I was fortunate to find Jon online and reached out. I was surprised, and thrilled to get an immediate text back from Jon and he was willing to make a quick house call on a Saturday afternoon. Jon was friendly, polite and funny. Jon's Locks was exactly the fix I needed today. I called this man at 2pm for a busted apartment door knob. He answered the phone himself, had me text him my address; he was here by 430pm, and diagnosed a replacement (which was complete before 5pm). Jon is a friendly, professional, knowledgeable, self-employed family man with reasonable prices - will be recommending and using his services in the future!

I asked for a new keypad lock to be installed at my home. Zachary was fast and efficient with getting the new lock put in! He even offered to, and fixed another door lock of mine. Very professional and I would recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Jon was so pleasant and professional. I had just moved in and had a plate glass door for my entry way that needed a new lock. It wasn’t an easy fix and he was able to come out the next day and got it done for me. Reasonably priced and great conversationalist. I have already referred him to a few of my clients that purchased homes.

If you need a car key made and it has a chip (After 2000, it has a chip) look no further then Jon's Locks! I tried other locksmiths, and they either didn't get the job done, or they were never in their shop. Which was incredibly frustrating, cost over $100, and a waste of a week's worth of time! I finally broke down and called a Nissan dealership; they wanted $65+Tax for the key and $135to program the key, so over $200 for a key. Luckily I decided to search one more google map search and found Jon's Locks.

I called them, and the message said, " if we don't pick up, please text us, " which I did, they immediately texted me back and quoted me $75 plus tax. I Immediately went there (skeptical that this was too good to be true). When I got there, I was met by the owner's son, and he confirmed the price and explained how they could do it for that price. All I can say is that they're friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, fair, and deserving of your business.

Super friendly and very fast service. He has fixed a lock at my house and also at a store that I own called Buycellfix. Both problems were very difficult and he fixed them in less than 15 mins. Very trustworthy and professional. The only place I will ever call to help with a lock problem.
