I understand that all people make mistakes. When we do, we should take ownership of them. I made an appointment for service at Eagle Locksmith's office, between 12:00 and 1:00. When I arrived at 12:05 no one was there. I called the business. The locksmith arrived at about 12:40. He did not apologize for his tardiness. After spending some time with his tools, the locksmith said he didn't have the blank transponder.key for my car, and that it was my fault that he didn't because I gave the lady in the office the wrong information.
I did not. I gave her the year, make, model, and VIN of my car. The locksmith failed to take ownership of his mistake, for which I'd not be upset if he'd simply apologized and not tried to blame me, his customer. By the way, the car dealer's price for the transponder key and the emergency key, including all labor and fees, was lower than Eagle Locksmith's.

I had a break in at my office where they picked the lock. Thank goodness they could not get into the safe and only took a few items that could be easily replaced. I called Eagle Locksmith Service and asked about an estimate to upgrade my locking system. The technician came and helped me decide which system I needed and it was very surprised at just how affordable it was. They installed the new locking system the very next day and now I have peace of mind that my office will not be as easy to break into.
