Mr. Locks Locksmith

My experience in MR. Locks was awesome. Best locksmith in New York City. You gotta go there whenever you have an issue with your key for help. Customer experience is 100% excellent.

Mr. Locks was the best! I lost my apartment key and called several locksmiths and tried a few kiosks, none of which could provide a new key same day. When I went to Mr. Locks he not only provided me with a new key in 1 minute, but he also provided me with a spare. Quick and good service is hard to come across in NYC, so I will definitely be recommending Mr. Locks to anyone I know who needs their services!

Just had the WORST possible experience with this locksmith. My apartment gave me their information to call for help when I was locked out on a Saturday night. They called right away and came quickly, but that's the only nice thing I can say. The locksmith who came was extremely rude and unprofessional, and he charged $245 to replace our lock because according to him, our lock was a commercial one and he couldn't get into it without destroying it.

He replaced our lock with a cheap, basic one and charged $220 for a lock that can't be worth more than $50. To top it all off, he demanded immediate payment though Zelle instead of a normal business platform, and he left all the metal shavings on our floor afterwards. 0/10, would NOT recommend.

Mr. Locks service was so great! I lost my apartment key and had called multiple locksmiths and tried a few kiosks to get a key remade same day without any luck. When I went to Mr. Locks I was in and out in less than a few minutes and they even made me another spare (after telling them I lose everything)! I don't remember the last time I've had such great service, especially in NYC. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who needs locksmith services.

I went in to have a few keys made. The salesman was courteous and efficient. I have had two locks installed by other people in this business and I also found them very capable. I recommend Mr. Locks.

I recommend them to friends all the time. They are reasonably priced and when I called them they were able to come over fast. I locked my keys in my car and they were able to get my keys. The technician was very personable in a time that was very stressful to me.

I have a few rental units that need to have the locks changed every so often. I have had them take care of that for me for years. They are very professional and they always arrive on time. The thing that I really like is that even when they don't answer the phone they get back to me very quickly. It is nice to know that I can depend on them if I ever had an emergency.

I want to say that I had a positive experience with Mr. Locks - it was refreshing to have a company that really treats customers right. My wife and I had a lockout situation late on a Friday night. We called Mr. Locks. We fully expected it would be expensive but Mr. Locks was less than several we called. We did have a miscommunication issue with the dispatcher - we were told a price over the phone ($200) which apparently assumed no drilling of the lock.

The locksmith had to drill and the cost was quite a bit more. We called Mr. Locks and the manager took care of us and honored the quote we received on the phone. Please remember to clarify what the range of prices are before agreeing to the locksmith. I assume this is an issue with all locksmiths. I was very happy with the way I was treated and that the rate we were quoted over the phone was honored.
