Had a residential lock to open. We scheduled the time. Had all contact information and details regarding the job communicated effectively. My realtor drove from amd hour away to the property. These guys never showed up, never answered calls, never reached out to cancel. Nothing. Super unprofessional. We called and texted several times and nothing.

This locksmith is a true professional. He's good at what he does. I had a key that needed copying that was bent and difficult to work with, let alone copy. He worked through it and I had a new key in no time. And he made sure it worked perfectly before accepting payment (which was priced reasonably). I recommend him!

I call them, but for someone reason my car computer erased the key programming something like that, anyway I dint mind paying the service fee but they give me a Hard time cuz they wanted the $165 knowing the key didn't work, anyway at the end I only agree to pay the service fee, the guy was pist cuz I refused to pay for a key that didn't work, he lock my car un purpose knowing I didn't have the key ( hey body I have A slim Jim I can open the Door in a minute) I needed the car tu turn on the vehicle. nice try.

Shawn saved me in a tough spot. He came quickly to the Charlotte Douglas Airport on a Friday evening and helped me get my car keys that I accidently locked in my trunk while I was loading my luggage. I was very impressed. My ate my car key..SERIOUSLY, It was a chip key for a Honda Accord. The business advertises after hours service. My need was in the early evening. I called and left a message. My called was returned in a very reasonable amount of time. Mr. Burley was to my home within the time frame he quoted. He was pleasant and professional.
The job was done properly, no glitches in a very reasonable amount of time. His charge was about 75 percent of what a dealer would have charged me PLUS he came to my home...no waiting in a service department waiting room. A 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.
