I need a key made for my challenger and lock smith was here. It took longer than expected but due to new coding

Our first experience with Saige was stellar! She was communicative, prompt and the price quoted is exactly what was charged. The second time we decided to use them Saige was on vacation so we got another tech. He let us know he would be late from the original scheduled time (twice) when he finally arrived, he was working with our property manager and only reserved a small window for our installation, which was super frustrating cause he was over 1.5 behind when he said he would initially come.

Then the price charged was over what we were quoted ($100+ over). Finally.he didn't finish th job. Our property manager, an older woman isn't that tech savvy and struggled navigating our password vault app. He said he had to leave even though the job was incomplete, but didn't offer any discount or recourse for the tardiness or incomplete order. So, if you're able to book Saige GO FOR IT! She's an expert, super professional and accommodating, but I can't confidenty suggest anyone else.

We had a keyed lock on our driveway rolling gate that was giving us problems. I called some company and didn't get a call back an hour later, so I called Resc-U. I lost my keys and was stranded in La Quinta, I called and Bella was able to give me a quote, allow me time to look for my keys, and then after I was sure they were gone I was able to call back and she went over all the options they offer. They are fantastic. A thief stole my work bag, wallet, & car key (last spare) last night on the 1st 15 minutes of my night shift. I was able to call Resc-U Locksmith as soon as I got off work & they sent out a technician (Ms. Belle) right away. Res-U- Locksmith is excellent. My front door would no longer lock and I was calling around to see who come out. Of course, they wanted $60.00 just to come out. Res-U lock had a vice nice young lady come out within 20 minutes of my phone call. She knew right away right needed to be done. For some reason, the plate opposite the door needed to be drilled out. The price was very reasonable! I would highly recommend them~ In fact her service fee was only $19.00

What a great company! I called the main line at 4:16 pm, got a call from Wren, one of their locksmiths, a minute later, and he arrived 20 minutes after that! Wren was warm, professional, and managed to fix my door lock as well as an indoor lock that was full of old graphite. The price for everything was extremely reasonable. My husband is at risk for Covid complications, and Wren was very courteous and respectful about wearing a mask and being safe while inside my property. I highly recommend Wren and will definitely request him in the future. Great job--and thank you!

I would 100% recommend! They were fast and extremely helpful. We were locked out of the house. The technician got responded to the call in about 25 minutes and had us in the house in less than 5. There was a larger issue of a broken front door lock. He offered to take a look and repair it since he was already there! He fixed that for us as well! The price was better than 3 other locksmiths! Our mailbox key broke without any warning. I had called a couple locksmiths to no avail. I came across Resc-U Locksmith on line. I called and spoke to the receptionist. Ziv was done with the job before I received a call back from another locksmith that had been recommended. That alone shows how much he cares. Ziv showed up early, gave me a great price and completed the job in less time than what he thought it would take. Bottom line- He's honest and knows what he's doing. Needed to have 6 locks at my home re-keyed. After sorting through Yelp and Google reviews, I reached out to 3-4 locksmiths, including Resc-U Locksmith. Third time's a charm. Called two other companies who couldn't make it out in less than 3 hours. Andrew was there in 20 minutes. Had the lock open in only a couple more minutes. Super professional, communicated thru the process and a really nice dude. Highly recommend.

Got the key to my new home and then managed to immediately lock myself out. I called Resc-U and they promised to have someone out in 10 minutes. During that time I miraculously found a hidden key the previous owner had left (leading me to believe this self locking garage entry door has been a problem). I called back and the technician was so kind. Didn't charge me and canceled the visit. I will be calling back and scheduling a time for this company to do our rekey service.

I used this company after calling several other locksmiths. Of course all the other companies stated to be careful of the "other guys" making me feel like they were the only ones who could properly re-program my key fob on my sons 2015 Nissan Altima. Well, I went with the "other guys" and these guys did a great job. They arrived on time, and was able to re-program and provide us with a brand new key fob. These guys were about 30 percent cheaper.

This is the 2nd time I used this company. Very professional and never had a problem with their service. Same day service. No complaints. If I every have a lock problem I will use them again.

I am in property management and Resc-U Locksmith is my new locksmith. I had an emergency and my regular locksmith of 14 years didn't show up or call me back. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They came the same day and within 30 minutes. I had tenants waiting outside in 100 degree heat. We were happy to get the lock fixed in a reasonable amount of time.

Unbelievable !!!! Got a call back from the tech within 2 minutes! Sent him a picture of my lock from my phone, the lock would not engage, he had me check the Other side!! BAM!! Fixed! I was ready to pay a $15 service call fee (very reasonable) And he fixed it over the phone!! Will use and recommend these guys forever!!
