Locked my keys in the car and the man showed up at said time. The husband and wife have a really great business going on for themselves. I will be recommending them to others.

Susan was wonderful and fixed our broken garage door lock. The day we called is the day she came. What service as well as a wonderful person. God bless you.

Omg I can't give enough stars. We were locked out of our family's beach house. Susan came to our rescue in no time! She was pleasant, kind, and SO happy to help. Susan made a key for us from a picture of the key to the house. What's a miracle! Very reasonably priced as well. We can't recommend happy locks locksmith enough! Great business!

I have a good experience with this company. I locked myself out of my house and her team came about half an hour later to unlock the front door for me. This is my second time using her service. She responded to my request promptly. I definitely use her company again in the future.

They go above and beyond to make sure your locks work properly. I had them come to change my locks after buying my house. One of the door levers was broken. She fixed it and also fixed the front door lock so I could close it easier. Highly recommend! Very fair price, too!

So pleased with this business! Getting locked out is so stressful. This happened to me during a monthly outing with mom. They answer the phone! They fixed a complicated issue that my locksmith started and never finished fixing. So thankful for this service today! I had an issue with getting into my beach house and not only did she respond to our request quickly, she came in her cute car within and hour. And not bad pricing! I can't thank Susan at happy locks enough for getting me into my home! I arrived to my beach house in south bethany late evening on Labor Day weekend after a 3 1/2 hour drive with my 2 babies. After realizing that I had forgotten the correct key I proceeded to call 15 different locksmiths whose websites claimed to be "serving bethany 24/7". NONE of them were willing to come to south bethany despite clearly advertising they would.

I even called the police non emergency number for help as I feared I would have to drive back home if I couldn't get into my home. Susan was the only locksmith who came and got me into my home. She was professional and efficient. This is the only reliable locksmith in the area! Thank you!

After locking ourselves out of our rental home at 8pm on a Saturday night, we called another locksmith and was told that someone would call us back in a few minutes. 40 minutes later and a couple of (frantic) call back to that locksmith, we realized that no one was going to come to our aid. Panic set in. Are we sleeping in the car tonight? That's when a little Google search revealed happy locks and the amazing Mike.

The woman who took our call was super professional and felt like we were in good hands. Mike arrived within 15 minutes and got our rental home opened in another 15 minutes. Plus his rate was less than the first company we called. Would definitely recommend happy locks if you're in a bind.

She was extremely knowledgeable in helping me to make the important decisions of what security measures to install in my home. We locked our keys in the trunk of our 2007 mustang with the top down! We thought we were going to have to wait 2 days until the Ford dealer opened but Susan found a solution to open the trunk and we are now on our way back home to DC! Thanks Susan - you're amazing!
