I had a great experience at Busy Bees Escondido location. Brody went above and beyond to help me get a key fob programmed for my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. The first key fob I brought in was not the right model, but Brody was diligent and patient with helping me figure out the key fob that I had brought in was the problem. Brody was very knowledgeable.
He answered all the questions I had, and gave me tips that helped me get the correct model fob that I needed. The second time I went in with the right model key fob, everything went very smoothly, and quickly. I was only in their Escondido location a couple of times, but everyone that worked there seemed very friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to be there! Not sure who does the hiring for that location but seems like they know how to hire good people. Also, their prices are very fair!

2nd time using the company: 2022 I had a key break off in the ignition of my Harley Davidson over the weekend and couldn't get the key out myself. Efrain their technician came out the very next morning after I called for help. He was fast, arrived on time, and worked hard to get my key out of the ignition. He informed me exactly what he was doing and every step of the process until completion.
I will never use another company, this is my second time using them and can't say enough about my great experience. First use of the company: 2021 These guys can do double sided keys unlike the little kiosks you always waist your money on. They are very affordable, and every key made fit like a glove. The customer service was great, all 3 guys initiated me, they were informative and answered all of my questions. If I ever need another key made this is the only place I am going to go to. 5 stars for great and fast service.

WOW! This was a Fantastic experience. I had little money and even less hope. (Seriously) things were looking pretty grim. But right from the start with a professional answering service, and quick and easy connection to a live person, where Thomas quickly intercepted my needs and focused a tremendous effort to try to make from scratch my lost 13 Kia Soul only key. (all by phone so far) cut to Monday 9 a m.

The locksmith was over an hour late, didn't have all the tools necessary to complete the job, was unable to pick the lock on my 27 year old car, damaged the window surround trying to force a slim jim through, then told me I would have to reschedule for the next day when they could bring the correct tools. Not impressed with the service. Read between the lines on the review response, too- if they had brought the tools to take a lock impression the first time this would have been a non-issue. I declined to have a second technician come out the next day after seeing that the technician had damaged my vehicle.

Technician came at promised time. He took a little longer because it was an old screened iron door to replace the knob that we already purchased at Home Depot. They just had to install. Rob was very thorough and experienced. Would definitely recommend to friend or fam. They do on call until 10 pm but extra charge for calls after 5.30 pm.

Just had Sean come and save the day! I locked myself out of my condo. He came within half an hour and saved the day! These guys are now on my list as preferred vendors! Highly recommend. While he was there he fixed a malfunctioning deadbolt too. Sean was professional and courteous and fast. He even made time to make keys for a neighbor.

Stephanie at Busy Bees provided me excellent service today. I came in to get a copy of my car key, which provided a lot of issues in duplicating. She was very patient and stuck with it, making sure she got it just right. She had to go back to the machine multiple times to make sure the key worked smoothly in my very old car's door. Overall, it probably took her about 20 minutes to duplicate the key (due to the age and wear if the key). I think most people would've given up.

Thank you so much for sending Rob over today! Im speechless. We had another Locksmith over a couple weeks ago who tried fixing something and replaced the key for a total of $200. After his ‘fix’ it got worse every day. One day we called him and he said that the cylinder needed to be replaced (around $300 + labor). And on another day he said that the door is the issue.
Rob came in and fixed it within half an hour or so and charged $75! Please give him a raise! You guys are amazing!!! Thank you so much for your fast and reliable service!!!

My key got stuck in the lock cylinder on my door on a Sunday. I called Busy Bees and they scheduled for Jerry to come out to my location in an hour. He showed up half an hour early, got the key out in two seconds, and only charged me for the service call (no labor). Super friendly and easy going. Would definitely recommend.
