I hope this is the website to use? We are trying to thank Chris for his response when we were in need of "lock repair". We were amazed at his approach to disassembly and repair and assembly. He showed control of his job work and was relaxed enough to answer our questions while he worked. I left out some of the repairs additionally needed and Chris adjusted to take on the additional repairs.

Before he started the job he gave us a price breakdown for what we had to do and as he took on new work he gave us info on the additional work. We were very pleased with Chris's manners and work and will use his services again when in need. Thank you Chris.

We called Chris after having an absolutely tough day and calling another locksmith company in the area which turned out to be a disaster (they were there 4 hours and could not complete the job as well as not professional). Upon speaking to Chris he was very professional and polite. We explained the situation to him and he was very honest from the beginning.

He stated that he was not sure if he could do what we needed but he would come take a look. Upon his quick arrival, he took at look at what the other company failed to do and stated that he could fix it.
