A-Key Lock & Safe

Beyond pleased with A-key! If I could give 10 stars I would. I purchased a property out in Cleveland and the seller did not leave a key behind. A-key helped change out the locks and make me feel safe.

Cut a key for us, it stopped working the next day. They attempted to charge to fix their mistake. We wound up going with a different option as mistakes are acceptable however having us pay to fix their mistake is unprofessional as well as refusal to issue refund. Had the mistake been rectified there would be no issue, however their shady practice has forced us to post this review.

I know there's a tooth deficit in Polk County but believe it or not this all went down at the dentist's office in Livingston. So my ol' lady has inconveniently locked her keys in the minivan, and she calls me up to come help her, and of course, I'm indisposed. There wasn't a single way she was gonna convince me to drive all the way out to her but I knew if I just simply made the call to A-1 I'd be fulfilling my obligation to the poor girl.

Well I get on the phone with A-1, and I can already tell right away, these folks are dispatched trained because we got quicker to the point than a baby mama does when you're late on child support. Well my ol' lady, she doesn't have that many teeth, ya know, so I didn't leave much of a time window open for the folks at A-1 to arrive, but wouldn't you know it, they came through right on time and had that door popped open wider than some of the gaps in my ol' lady's teeth like you've never seen. 10/10 would recommend if your ex wife locks you out of the house because you liked the wrong picture on Instagram.

Great people. Had a lockout situation at our house. Chris arrived within 45 minutes and provided updates on his ETA along the way. Will definitely be using them again. Thanks Chris!

They are wonderful. Still haven't gotten my new key but they're working on it. And so much cheaper than the dealership!

Drove out to my place, saved the day. Keyed and programmed new key for my car in sizzling heat and intermittent rain, fed my dog a taco. Not all super heroes wear capes! Can't remember the price, I was so happy.

I called them on the 4th of July and they were willing to come unlock my truck on the holiday, but I asked to do it the next morning instead and they were here EXACTLY on time and very friendly! Even gave me a tip on where I could go to get some other work done on my truck! Service: Car lockouts
