I spoke with William over the phone to schedule an appointment. He came out to help me with my late father's Ford Transit. It was a complex issue, so he only charged me for one hour of work, even though he spent three hours on the first day. He returned two days later and was able to fix the problem at a reasonable price. I highly recommend his services.

Jumpstarts and Lockouts is a great local company. We got locked out of our house during a power outage (typically go through the garage using the garage clicker and neither of us had our keys). Another company quoted us like $300 and a two hour wait time. William quoted us a much more reasonable amount and thirty minutes and was there in 20. It was late on a Sunday and he was kind and did not charge extra despite how long it took for him to find a way to get us in (I guess we should be glad our house is super secure?).
At any rate when I wanted a key fob programmed and vehicle key copied I reached out and again got quick professional service at a reasonable cost that saved us a lot versus going to the dealership. I would recommend him especially for lockouts as he was faster and cheaper than other places I looked at while waiting for the power to come back on.

Update: Had to call them a second time today, and they were at my door and I was back inside in less than half an hour! 100% recommended if you're in or near Thurston County. Original review: Highly recommended if you're looking for local locksmith service in Thurston County! I locked myself outside after hours today, and they were at my door in Lacey within a half an hour. A few minutes of quick work later, and I was warming up inside. I hope I don't need to call again soon, but I am definitely saving their card and number!

My wife got locked out of the house at night when the patio door suddenly locked behind her when she was letting the dogs out and i was out of state. Car keys were also locked in the house so there was no way of getting into the garage. Cold and rainy night and she was in shorts. Called them and they were able to be there in less than 5 minutes to get her into the truck so she could get the garage remote out to get back in. Highly recommend.

I accidentally locked my keys in the trunk, and my fianc and brother were having a hard time trying to get the car open (the whole car locked), I called for help, and they responded right away! The guy said about half an hour, but it felt sooner than that which we were very grateful! It was also Halloween night, and he was able to get it open in less than 10min. The price was also worth it! Tried several others saying they are local, no service in your area. Called here and got a person better yet actually local. Said be out in 30 minutes was here in less than 15. Had my car unlocked so fast I was amazed. Awesome company, I highly recommend if you need their services. Hopefully I wont need them again but if I do they will be the first call next time.

Front door lock jammed and I had two furniture companies delivering the following day so I needed access through the front door. Called 5 locksmiths in the Olympia area; J & L was the only one who would come out the same day. (Two locksmiths didn't even return my voicemails!). Had the problem fixed in 20 minutes and at a very low price. Highly recommended!

I was camping at Millersylvania when and after setting up camp, I went to grab a flash light out of my car and realized it was locked. So with what little cell coverage I had I called this company and even though we could barely hear each other (due to bad reception). They showed up within 30 min. I got the keys out of the car in time to enjoy the rest of my evening.
